CNN contributor Ana Navarro reportedly joined the ranks of mask hypocrites when, on a first-class flight from Miami to New York City, she was photographed neither eating nor drinking with her mask tucked under her chin.
The blatant display of “rules for thee but not for me” comes after repeated denigration of those opposed to federal mask mandates saying, “it’s not hard.”
In photos obtained by the Washington Free Beacon, Navarro is depicted wearing a sweatshirt that reads “America Needs Journalists” and was described as the only person in the first-class cabin of the American Airlines flight not abiding by the federal mandate that had been extended to April 18.

Though passengers are permitted to lower their masks to eat or drink, a source with firsthand knowledge of the flight told the Free Beacon, “She wasn’t actively eating or drinking. She had a cup of ice on her tray table, so she’ll probably say she was eating ice cubes.”
The weekly co-host on “The View” has a consistent history of supporting the authority of the federal mask mandate and telling others if they don’t want to abide by the rules, then they shouldn’t fly.
Folks, yesterday I flew out of Miami on @AmericanAir. There’s a federal mask mandate on planes until at least, Sept 3rd. Raising hell, screaming at airline personnel doesn’t help. Its not their call. It’s an FAA requirement. If you refuse to wear a mask, your ass ain’t gonna fly.

“Folks, yesterday I flew out of Miami on @Americanair.,” she tweeted in May 2021. “There’s a federal mask mandate on planes until at least, Sept 3rd. Raising hell, screaming at airline personnel doesn’t help. Its not their call. It’s an FAA requirement. If you refuse to wear a mask, your a** ain’t gonna fly.”
Those bitching about others still wearing masks…what’s it to you? Why does it bother you what other people do? Live and let live.
And yes, some establishments still require masks. It’s their right. If you don’t want to wear a mask, it’s not hard, don’t patronize that business!

“Those bitching about others still wearing masks…what’s it to you?” she asked days earlier. “Why does it bother you what other people do? Live and let live. And yes, some establishments still require masks. It’s their right.”
“If you don’t want to wear a mask, it’s not hard,” she clearly stated, “don’t patronize that business!”
She even articulated how, “I really can’t get over how damn rude and inconsiderate this is,” when she heard of the debunked story that Justice Gorsuch would not wear a mask around Justice Sotomayor.
“Jeesh. It’s not like she was asking him for a kidney,” she said adding wearing a mask was a “minor sacrifice.”
It is unclear how long Navarro remained maskless or if a representative for the airline said anything to her. What is clear, is that elites have continue shrugged off abiding by rules for “the little people” and seemingly gotten away with it.
In March 2021, climate czar John Kerry was photographed maskless flying first class on American Airlines as well. He claimed “it was momentary” but the passenger reported it was for five minutes.
Meanwhile, a mother of a two-year-old asthmatic was kicked off an American Airlines flight, not for failing to comply with the mask mandate, but for expressing that her infant son had difficulty because of his age and health condition.
The public is most definitely over these double standards.
Another elitist (or so she thinks) doing elitist things.

First class travelers never were at risk of COVID. The CDC made that clear early on.
