Fed workers try and thwart Trump’s back to work mandate, and they have a plan

The collective tantrum among federal employees who’ve been called back to their offices continues, and some oddly enough, take their grievances to social media.

In a now-deleted Reddit post, a presumed federal employee sounded off on the “irony” surrounding “Trump making” them go to work “in person.”

The reported DMV worker named Katie claimed that Trump and DOGE’s plan has already backfired because now all they do in the office “is yap” about all the changes being implanted by the new administration.

“All of this we are yapping more at work, trying to digest everything that’s going on, we cannot get any work done because of how much information intake that existing in this administration requires,” she complained.

“You love to see it!” Libs of TikTok stated and posted Katie’s video before it had been deleted:

But that’s not all. In a more deliberate attempt to thwart Trump, another Reddit user came up with the hair-brained idea to boycott D.C. restaurants and stores near their offices that they apparently rarely, if ever, went to. No, really.

“Bring your own lunch to avoid using the eateries and grocery stores, avoid parking in pay parking (use mass transit if available), and don’t buy anything at the shops or gas stations,” a post promoting the boycott stated.

Charlie Kirk nabbed a screenshot of the dastardly plan before that one too was deleted from Reddit:

“Never forget that in addition to being lazy, these people are nasty, spiteful, resentful individuals who think they are better than ordinary people who have to work,” Kirk said about the post.

Plenty of X users agreed:

No wonder they’re ticked!

As for Katie, she got plenty of backlash too:
