The left’s emphatic commitment to fighting to allow instruction on sexual orientation and gender dysphoria for K-3 students is very instructive to their overall agenda and is only matched by the corporate media’s willingness to engage on their behalf.
At the center of this critically important debate is the parental rights legislation passed in Florida, that the media dishonestly promotes as the “Don’t Say Gay” bill — the term “gay” is not included in the bill’s language.
Washington Post political cartoonist Michael de Adder produced a disgraceful cartoon depicting Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis as the evil witch in Snow White, leaving in his wake a trail of dead transgender kids falling prey to his poison apples — the fact that the children depicted are toddlers speaks volumes to the left’s take on sexuality involving small children.

The imagery borrows from the infamous image of drowned Syrian boy found on a Turkish beach in 2015, and that alone prompted serious criticism being directed at the Wa-Po cartoonist.
Adder’s response? Well, it can be seen here, though he would soon delete it:

Nadine Smith, executive director of the far-left gay rights advocacy group Equality Florida, is a Disney “activist partner” who advices the company on social justice issues, and she pounced on the Wa-Po cartoon to further attack DeSantis.
“DeSantis is now a full-fledged Disney villain attacking students, parents, child advocacy agencies, companies and the majority who oppose his anti-LGBT censorship law #DontSayGay. Data shows schools have become less safe for students under his administration,” she falsely claimed — the Twitter fact checkers must have been at lunch.

When criticized, Smith held her ground while making it clear she had no clue about what influenced the artwork: “That is disturbing. There are clearly differences but the similarities are unmistakeable (sic),” she tweeted.
In the video below, Smith is seen participating in a Disney all-hands meeting called last week to discuss the parental rights bill claiming DeSantis is looking to take children away from parents.
“‘When they can erase you, when they can criminalize your existence, when they can demonize who you are, the next step is to criminalize you and take your kids,” the ideologue said.

DeSantis press secretary Christina Pushaw responded to the cartoon in a tweet: “They are SICK!!!!”
She also added, “They claim the moral high ground while exploiting the actual death of a child to advance their deranged and sick political agenda (he drowned while fleeing a war, totally unrelated to LGBTQ+++ activism).”
The irony here is that the left claims to be “protecting children” in the fanatical push to ensure primary grade level sexual instruction.
Here are a few other responses to the the story from Twitter:

In attacking Ron DeSantis, this WaPo cartoonist based his sketch on the famous photo of three-year-old Syrian boy Alan Kurdi lying dead on a beach after drowning, but is now explaining the plot of Snow White to try to pretend he didn’t do what he did. https://t.co/v8fY8tY3Vq

I can’t even imagine the thought process that leads to the decision to do a drawing of that.

Two things that bother me. 1. It’s the implied “morality” that these people believe they have. 2. While Gov. DeSantis is not Jewish, the artistic style reminds me of the Nazi antisemitic cartoons from the 1930s. Kind of disturbing

Man these people are really upset that they can’t talk about their penises to 6 year olds
