The body of University of Alabama student James Gracey was recovered from the Mediterranean Sea after the American vanished while on spring break in Spain.
Gracey was reportedly last seen in video surveillance footage leaving a Barcelona nightclub around 3 a.m. Tuesday, and police there told CNN: “Everything points to it being an accident, not a criminal act.”
On James Gracey
A nation is judged by what it tolerates, and by what it refuses to ignore.
A young American is dead in Barcelona. That alone should be enough to demand answers.
The death of James Gracey cannot be just another headline that fades with the news cycle.

However, that did not stop international private investigator Jay Armes III from warning that we live in a ‘completely different world’ today when it comes to overseas travel.
Armes spoke about spring break travel and how to protect our youth during an appearance on Fox News’ “The Will Cain Show.”
“What our spring breakers and our children don’t understand is the world is not the same as it was ten years ago,” he said.
One example of the change referenced is that Islam is the fastest-growing religion in Europe, according to the Pew Research Center, with the overall Muslim population growing by the millions over the past 10-20 years.
🚨 BREAKING: International private investigator Jay Armes III just issued a stark warning, “THE WORLD IS NOT THE SAME AS IT WAS 10 YEARS AGO.”
Americans traveling abroad are increasingly being targeted, drugged, and robbed.

“This is a completely different world and when I hear about people traveling overseas, you know, college students traveling overseas, young girls backpacking by themselves after they graduate from college, it’s disturbing,” Armes said. “It’s scary, because more and more I’ve seen, just based on calls that I’m receiving from people who travel and are being attacked on vacation.”
“I’m seeing it happen more and more in Colombia,” he added, “where Americans are being targeted and they’re being dosed with scopolamine, which the bad guys call the ‘Devil’s Breath,’ and a little too much of that scopolamine can kill the victim.”
There seems to be little disagreement on social media that the world is a different place today — here’s a quick sampling of responses, as seen on X:
Absolutely right. The world has changed—and not for the better—thanks to weak borders, unchecked migration, and rising global crime. Americans, stay sharp, trust your instincts, and put safety first. No vacation is worth the risk. #TravelSmart #AmericaFirst

Identifying as an America once meant you were ensured safety just about anywhere. Now, identifying as American will get you rolled or killed, even inside America.

During my military service, I had the chance to travel to every continent except Australia and Antarctica. After witnessing the world up close, only a handful of countries feel genuinely safe to me anymore—and even in those, I wouldn’t risk bringing my family along. The dangers…

Well, he’s right and there’s so many people on this app from Spain divided someone will say there’s so many robberies in that area targeting vacation or students, etc. then you have another group saying no he was drunk fell over. I’ll be glad when the autopsies out because I have…
