Joe Biden’s brother and son took huge sums, $11m, from Chinese Communist Party linked firm, records show

President Joe Biden’s crack-smoking son Hunter and brother James (“Jim”) reportedly collected nearly $11 million in payments from the Chinese energy firm CEFC China Energy and then distributed the money to their own private firms.

This is relevant because CEFC is linked directly to the Chinese Communist Party, according to Senate Judiciary Committee ranking member Chuck Grassley and Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations ranking member Ron Johnson.

Both senators sent a letter this week to U.S. Attorney David Weiss containing hundreds of pages of bank records to prove that these connections are real.

FYI, Weiss is the Trump-appointed attorney leading the Department of Justice’s probe into Hunter Biden’s scandalous business activities.

“Some of the central CEFC China Energy (CEFC) players mentioned in the attached records are Hunter Biden’s Chinese business associates, Ye Jianming and Gongwen Dong. Ye Jianming is a Chinese national, the founder of CEFC and a frequent figure in the Biden family’s financial dealings with China. Ye was also chairman of the board for CEFC’s subsidiary, the China Energy Fund Committee,” the letter reads.

“Although CEFC reportedly remained a private company until state-owned enterprises assumed control of it in 2018, reporting in 2017 indicated that it received financing from the China Development Bank, ‘hired a number of former top officials from stateowned energy companies,’ and had ‘layers of Communist Party committees across its subsidiaries — more than at many private Chinese companies,’” the letter continues.

Ye reportedly also had connections to China’s People’s Liberation Army.

“CEFC was the perfect vehicle to bring financial benefits to the communist regime under the guise of a private sector company,” according to Grassley and Johnson.

Hunter Biden’s CEFC partners reportedly transferred a total of $10,736,413.50 to a bank account for Hudson West III LLC, a joint company formed in 2018 by Hunter and Gongwen Dong, ostensibly for Hunter’s help landing energy deals around the world.

Some of the money was then reportedly forwarded to Hunter’s companies Owasco P.C. and Owasco LLC, as well as to James’ company, the Lion Hall Group, and to some of Hunter’s Chinese allies.

Some of the money also made it directly into their pockets.

“The operating agreement established that Hunter Biden would receive compensation of $100,000 per month and James Biden would receive compensation of $65,000 per month,” the letter notes.

As part of the agreement, Hunter, his uncle James, and his aunt Sara also received a line of credit.

“Today, we are providing a credit card authorization form signed by Gongwen Dong and Hunter Biden that was used to finance a global spending spree for Hunter, James, and Sara Biden. We are also providing bank records showing that credit cards were collateralized by a $99,000 preauthorized withdrawal from Hudson West III dated September 12, 2017,” the letter reads.

“[T]he Bidens used the credit cards to make purchases from airlines, Apple stores,
hotels, and restaurants. The records that we are providing include an unredacted copy of the credit card authorization agreement, as well as Hudson West III bank statements showing records of online credit card payments. According to bank records, Hudson West III made online credit card payments totaling $101,098.61,” it continues.

These findings come as Republicans are growing increasingly more aggressive in their own investigation, in part because they may soon control all of Congress.

“The Senate Judiciary Committee will seek testimony from Hunter Biden and James Biden as part of its oversight duties if the GOP takes control of the Senate and Ranking Member Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, holds the gavel as chairman, according to an informed source,” Fox News reported Thursday.

The GOP’s investigation also now includes questions about Hunter’s former Chinese secretary.

“First son Hunter Biden’s ‘flirty’ former secretary JiaQi ‘Jackie’ Bao, who pushed for ‘Uncle Joe’ Biden to run for president and has been linked to the Chinese government, is the focus of a new House Republican inquiry into the first family’s extensive overseas business dealings,” according to the New York Post.

“Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), the top Republican on the House Oversight Committee, demanded information Wednesday from FBI Director Christopher Wray on the Biden family’s links to Bao while Hunter and his uncle James Biden raked in $4.8 million from Chinese government-linked CEFC China Energy in 2017 and 2018,” the Post reported Wednesday.

Comer wrote in his own letter that “committee Republicans are concerned Hunter Biden may have been compromised by the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and foreign intelligence services.”

He added that Bao “worked for the [Chinese government’s] National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), which ‘is in charge of China’s macroeconomic planning’ and approves any major project that receives foreign funding.”
