Leftist caught keying multiple Tesla’s gets ONE DAY suspension from his gov’t job

Democrats may claim that “no one is above the law,” however, we continue to find out in real time that how the legal system treats a person is often determined by the politics they align with.

Especially in the lawless state of Minnesota, where left-wing protesters are given de facto carte blanche to oppose those who do not think as they do.

Look no further than the case of a Minnesota state employee, who received a one-day suspension for keying six Tesla vehicles, despite causing $20,000 in damage.

Dylan Adams, employed with the Minnesota Department of Human Services, was arrested last year for vandalizing Tesla vehicles in protest of Elon Musk’s alignment with the Trump administration, the goal being to dissuade others from buying cars produced by Musk’s company.

Adams’ official punishment, an unpaid, one-day suspension, was outlined in a letter sent to him.

“You are reminded that you are expected to comply with all Enterprise and Agency policies and fulfill your responsibility of maintaining public trust; failure to do so could result in further disciplinary action up to and including termination of your employment,” the letter reads.

Adams was informed he has the right to appeal the suspension, but there is no indication in the provided documents to indicate that happened.

It’s worth noting Adams was never charged with a crime.

Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty’s office said it opted for “diversion” because Adams had never been charged with a crime before.

“We offered diversion as we often do with property damage cases when the person has no record,” a spokesperson explained, according to Fox 9. “Mr. Adams will have to complete the requirements of the program. He will also have to pay every penny in restitution to the victims. If he does not meet those requirements, we will proceed through the criminal legal system process.”

Here’s a quick sampling of responses to the story, as seen on X:
