Wilson Cruz, an actor with a blue-check-verified Twitter account, thought the world needed his opinion on the passage of the “violent” Parental Rights in Education legislation.
“I found myself at #PULSE today only a few minutes after the #Florida legislature passed its violent #DontSayGay bill and sent it to @GovRonDeSantis to sign. Almost 6 years after this national #lgbtqia tragedy, Florida has learned NOTHING about how to prevent another Pulse,” he tweeted, accompanied by a video.

Yes, apparently the bill that prevents small children from being forcibly taught sex-ed in public schools is going to lead to another instance of horrific violence against the gay community (and humanity in general) because reasons.
While there were some people who agreed with his assessment of the situation, there were apparently enough naysayers that Cruz opted to lock the comments so only the people he mentioned could reply.
Name how this bill, which all it does is prevent children pre k to third grade, being forced to be taught sex Ed, how that’s violent exactly. I’ll wait for y’all’s very educated rebuttals im@sure

How does stopping k-3 instruction re: sexual/gender identity promote more Islamist terror against gay people?

So you haven’t actually read the bill & are trying to equate two very disparate things as if they relate at all. Got it. pic.twitter.com/zAF4KTfC5m

Equating a school bill with a terrorist attack?
Try again – that dog won’t hunt.
