Marjorie Taylor Greene rejects claim she is in on a plot to sabotage Trump with Ye and Milo

U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) hotly denied allegations intimating that she somehow supported a plot to “sabotage” former President Trump following a meeting with political commentator Nick Fuentes and rapper Kanye West that was reportedly set up by Milo Yiannopoulos.

Trump supporter and two-time Congressional candidate Laura Loomer was evidently the one who leveled the accusations at Greene, insinuating that the congresswoman was part of a “media hit job” in connection with the dinner at Mar-a-Lago, according to the Daily Mail. The attack took place on Loomer’s Telegram channel and the leftist media pounced over it.

Yiannopoulos is a former editor at Breitbart, a flamboyant and controversial figure who has been a lightning rod for leftist attacks.

Loomer asserted that Yiannopoulos set up the meeting to “hurt” Trump, Fuentes, and West. The British-born conservative is now the manager of West’s potential presidential campaign. He had previously interned for Greene’s congressional office.

Yiannopoulos admitted to NBC News on Tuesday that he was the “architect” of the dinner ostensibly aimed at giving the former president insight into how his base thinks.

“I wanted to show Trump the kind of talent that he’s missing out on by allowing his terrible handlers to dictate who he can and can’t hang out with,” Yiannopoulos commented during the interview. “I also wanted to send a message to Trump that he has systematically repeatedly neglected, ignored, and abused the people who love him the most, the people who put him in office, and that kind of behavior comes back to bite you in the end.”

“Marjorie Taylor Greene is undermining President Trump by employing Milo as an official staffer in her congressional office while he is openly attacking and sabotaging Trump as the ‘campaign manager’ for Ye,” Loomer reportedly wrote in a Telegram post. “She and her team are secretly undermining him by using Milo as a political operative to make Trump look bad.”

“MTG cannot be trusted. She still has not fired Milo after his little organized stunt at Mar a Lago and organized media hit job to sabotage Trump,” she continued. “MTG is a snake and she needs to go. That’s why I call her Marjorie TRAITOR Greene.”

Loomer went on to claim that although Yiannopoulos’ internship ended in August, he’s still a staffer for Greene. She also accused Greene of sharing her Rome, Georgia home with him while he is working for West.

Greene has been very close to Trump and is an ardent supporter. She did, however, break with the House Freedom Caucus and endorse House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy for the Speakership that is up for grabs as the Republicans retake control of the House of Representatives.

That stance prompted Loomer to allege that Greene is working with McCarthy “to undermine Donald Trump by using Milo as a political hit job tool for the sake of helping make” Florida Governor Ron DeSantis the 2024 Republican presidential nominee.

Greene’s support of McCarthy is not a surprise. He supported her during numerous attacks by Democrats who tried to take her down.

Loomer took a jab at Greene, accusing her of working with Yiannopoulos to undercut Trump in 2024, stating, “Ye takes votes away from Trump. The bad press regarding Trump pushes more people toward DeSantis.”

Greene claims that Loomer is “obsessed” with her and stated that they hadn’t spoken, “in a very long time.”

“Laura Loomer ran for Congress twice and lost twice. Apparently, she’s having a difficult time and is desperately trying to remain relevant,” Greene wrote on Telegram. “Sadly, she has chosen to tell lies about me in order to seek attention. Milo doesn’t work for me and his unpaid summer internship ended in early August.”

“Laura Loomer and others like her make a living by keeping you outraged with made up salacious rumors about people like me in our government. Trust me, they know NOTHING!” she added. “She’s lost twice and I’ve won twice, so I wouldn’t know how it feels. But hopefully Laura can stop lying, get her Twitter account back, and return to being a citizen journalist, which I thought she was great at.”

All of this ruckus arose after West posted a video of himself called “Mar-a-Lago debrief.” In that video, the rapper claims he asked Trump to be vice president on his ticket and that Trump started “basically screaming” in response at the dinner.

West also noted that Fuentes was in attendance and asserted that Trump was “really impressed” with him.

“So Trump is really impressed with Nick Fuentes, and Nick Fuentes, unlike so many of the lawyers, and so many of the people that he was left with on his 2020 campaign, he’s actually a loyalist,” Ye remarked.

The left seems to be conducting systematic attacks against conservatives who support Trump to keep him from being reelected in 2024. That includes political firebrand Candace Owens who also denied subverting the former president.
