Distraught NY moms call out ‘monster’ Hochul as she quietly fights FOR quarantine camps in court

While New York City Mayor Eric Adams continues to house illegal migrants in Big Apple hotels and claims the city is collapsing under a lack of resources, Governor Kathy Hochul has been quietly fighting in court for the right to establish COVID-19 isolation and quarantine camps for New Yorkers who may or may not have been exposed to the virus.

Now, New York moms are pleading on social media for help to stop the Orwellian regulation.

Ahead of the 2024 elections, the left has been pushing COVID panic porn once again, as new variants make their way through the nation. Suddenly, mask mandates are back on the table and a brand new mRNA booster shot has been approved.

However, Hochul and her Department of Health are taking tyranny in America to a new level with the appeal of “a ruling last year that struck down the New York State totalitarian and unconstitutional isolation and quarantine state regulation,” according to Dr. Peter and Ginger Breggin for America Out Loud.

Attorney Bobbie Anne Cox won the lawsuit against Hochul, Borrello v. Hochul, and described to the Breggins why the regulation must not stand.

“It allowed the Department of Health to pick and choose which New Yorkers they could lock up or lock down, with no proof that you were ever even exposed to, let alone actually sick with, a communicable disease,” she said. “They could have locked you down in your home, or they could have removed you from your home and forced you to quarantine in a facility of their choosing.”

Cox continued:

There was no time restriction, so you could have been quarantined for however long they required – days, weeks, months. There was no age restriction, so they could have done this to you, to your child, to your grandchild, etc. In the true fashion of a totalitarian regime, they could have told you what you could and could not do while in quarantine. They literally could have controlled your every move.

The regulation allowed them to use law enforcement to enforce their orders of isolation or quarantine, which means you could have received a knock at the door from your local police or sheriff telling you that you had to go with them… by order of the Health Department.

Furthermore, the regulation had no procedure by which you could be released from quarantine, no way for you to try to negotiate your way out. And it was not COVID19 specific. There was a laundry list of “communicable diseases” that could have triggered this nightmare loss of freedom ⏤ diseases such as Lyme, Toxic Shock Syndrome, COVID-19 and so many others.

 

On Wednesday, oral arguments in the appeal were heard, Rochester First reported.

Outside the New York State Appellate Court, protestors gathered with signs stating, “No Quarantine Camps.”

New York State Senator George Borrello, who filed the original lawsuit, warned that such a regulation is a slippery slope for “individual liberty” in America.

“If we don’t stop them here, this goes on to other things and it goes to other states, and it goes to other states,” he said following the oral arguments. “It really crumbles the foundation of our nation, which is individual liberty.”

“The plaintiffs involved in the lawsuit are Senator Borello, Assemblymember Chris Tague, Congressman Michael Lawler, and United NYS — a state organization that describes its mission as ‘fighting to protect our freedoms,'” according to Rochester First. “The five-judge panel is expected to reach its decision on this case in a few months.”

NY Attorney General Letitia James, who filed the appeal on behalf of the Hochul Administration and Department of Health, could file yet another appeal, “which would take the case to the state’s highest court,” the outlet states.

Meanwhile, New York moms are taking to social media in the hopes of getting the battle to go viral.

“You guys, this is one of the most evil, most corrupt plans,” one mom warned, adding that Hochul is “a f**king monster.”


“You have zero rights when you get” to the quarantine camp, she continued, “just like the J Sixers. There is no due process, there is no court hearing. You have zero rights. They owe you nothing.”

“You are stuck there,” she said, “and you do what you are told.”

Another TikTok user was in tears as she described the regulation.

“They can come into your home completely unprovoked,” she said. “They can force themselves into your home, and, if they want to, they can take your children and they can put them in a quarantine camp.”

“My heart is really overwhelmed with this,” she said.

“I have three children,” she explained, “and the thought of someone coming into my home and taking one of my kids away from me– I can y’all.”

“I try so hard to have faith,” the self-described Christian said, “and I pray every single day for protection over my children. But when are we going to get to the point where we’re really gonna do something about this, because we’re just sitting back and we’re always talking about doing something.”

“It sounds like it’s time to put these traitors into camps!” exclaimed one user on X. “Stand up New York, don’t let these evil doers get away with violating the Constitution.”
