Pratt declares war after stolen primary – says he has audio to force either Mayor Bass or Raman to ‘resign’

Angelenos were encouraged to “pick your demon,” as, unburdened of his campaign, Spencer Pratt warned that what was coming for Los Angeles included a damning recording of a mayoral finalist.

Rather than sit around and wait as California feuds with the federal government over investigations into its June 2 primary, Pratt launched an offensive Friday in the wake of City Councilmember Nithya Raman (D) bumping him from the race. While she and incumbent Mayor Karen Bass (D) head to the general election in November, he declared “war” with a warning about a recording he’ll release after an election certification that would make one “resign in shame.”

Appearing at the site where his home stood before the Palisades Fire, Pratt asserted, “My goal hasn’t changed. I’ve been laser-focused on stopping these commie animals, and I will stop them. If you think we uncovered a lot of fraud and evil in the campaign, just wait.”

“We have some recordings of one of your exalted candidates doing and saying something that would make her resign in shame,” he went on. “I was saving it for the general election. Go ahead and pick your demon, certify your choice, and then you get to see it.”

The statement came roughly two-thirds of the way through the three-minute video that began, “Now that the campaign portion of my mission to save Los Angeles is coming to a close and I’m moving on to the next more interesting phase — listen, I’ve spent a lot of time slaying everybody. I’ve ridiculed everyone on the roster.”

Making sure it was clear he was unapologetic for how he ran his campaign, Pratt continued, “You think you can get rid of me that easily? I know a lot of dimwit jerks thought I was in this for a grift, that I was gonna roll up and leave town if I didn’t get into City Hall. Hey morons, I didn’t get in this for political power. I got in this to expose this corrupt machine, and nothing has changed.”

Moving forward as simply a private citizen rather than a political candidate freed him from having to “worry about offending CNN viewers,” he explained, as he was also no longer concerned about “campaign laws hamstringing me now.”

“It’s war,” declared Pratt. “It’s zero hour for Los Angeles. Angelenos are now stuck with two morons responsible for all their problems and they have to choose between dumb and dumber. That’s not a choice. That’s the machine protecting the machine. And now every problem that plagues Los Angeles because of these two corrupt communists is going to accelerate. And the city will tumble headlong into the abyss.”

Of course, while he didn’t give away the identity of which mayoral candidate it was he had the dirt on, Pratt did tease that Bass or Raman would know if they were the one he meant.

Reminding that so many Angelenos still remain without their homes in the wake of the fires, he expressed his hope that both “sleep well at night” after suggesting they ask themselves if it’s “possible one of your employees may have a recording of you doing or saying something that would force you to resign in disgrace?”

While it remains to be seen what steps Pratt may take, as the Justice Department had opened “multiple election fraud investigations,” the former candidate certainly had the public eager to find out.

Closing with the message, “You think your election was gonna stop me? If you want to stop me, you’re going to have to f*cking kill me!” with some help from a clip from the Netflix series “Ozark,” reactions on social media to the video that earned well over 7 million views in under 24 hours were ready to carry on a fight with Pratt or grab the popcorn to watch it all unfold.
