‘The Five’ careens off the rails after Tarlov parrots Dem talking points on corrupt Biden dealings

Jessica Tarlov butted heads with her conservative colleagues on “The Five,” insisting that there was absolutely no proof of any corrupt Biden family business dealings despite a mountain of evidence.

Tarlov appeared to dismiss out of hand all of Hunter Biden’s former partner Devon Archer’s testimony, twisting it, and claiming that it gave Republicans nothing concerning President Biden. That set the Fox News panel on fire with co-hosts Jeanine Pirro and Jesse Watters thrashing her for her biased assertions that parroted Democratic talking points on the issue.

Archer said during congressional testimony that Hunter Biden put his father on speakerphone during business meetings at least 20 times when he was vice president. Add to that the memo that Republicans released on Wednesday that purportedly shows Hunter Biden and Archer received millions from Russian and Kazakh oligarchs. That doesn’t even include whistleblower testimony or the “laptop from hell.”

Watters brought the fact up that President Biden attended a dinner with a Burisma executive and his son for over an hour. He wanted to know if they discussed the “weather” for that period of time and if Tarlov, the left, or the Bidens actually want people to believe that was the case.

Predictably, Tarlov argued the leftist side of things all by herself. She was the sole voice to declare that Biden wasn’t corrupt and it fell spectacularly flat.

So the testimony, and he wasn’t under oath, but he still wasn’t allowed to lie to them, was terrible for the Republicans,” Tarlov claimed referring to Archer. “He was asked if someone concluded from the 1023 form, that you all think is so important, that Joe Biden was bribed. ‘Would you disagree with that? Yeah, I would.’ Devon Archer said that.”

Watters and Pirro jumped on Tarlov at that point, noting that Archer wouldn’t know anything about that specific incident.

Tarlov shot back with a false premise, “Then Devon Archer is it either the crux of the puzzle that shows that this is a mob family or he doesn’t matter.”

Then the discussion pivoted to Viktor Shokin, a former Ukrainian prosecutor that Republicans charge was removed from his position for investigating Burisma. Despite Tarlov claiming that Biden had nothing to do with that, video evidence showing him bragging that he got rid of Shokin says otherwise.

“Viktor Shokin was not good for Burisma, as I’ve been telling you, as has been widely reported,” Tarlov stated.

Gutfeld asked, “Why?”

“Because he wasn’t investigating corruption,” Tarlov claimed.

“Yes, he was! He was seizing their cars!” Watters interjected.

Then what was he doing? What was Shokin doing?” Pirro asked Tarlov.

“I’m so glad that you’re back,” Tarlov told Pirro, who then said that sentiment was not good.

A lot of arguing and talking over one another occurred as Tarlov claimed that Biden only discussed the weather, family, and fishing while on phone calls with Hunter Biden’s business associates or having dinner with them.

Then, Tarlov set her sights on the new memo concerning the Bidens receiving millions of dollars from foreign entities.

“There’s a new oversight menu memo that’s out today, which, again, does not explain what services were provided,” Tarlov declared totally missing the point.

“Exactly!” Watters pointed out.

“He doesn’t have any services!” Pirro stated, alluding to the fact that the companies set up by the Bidens appear to be shell companies that do nothing but take in money.

Then what did they do?” Tarlov asked.

“Exactly! We’re asking the same question!” Watters countered.

A frustrated Tarlov then proclaimed, “There’s no proof!”

The panel devolved into yelling as Tarlov rolled her eyes and gesticulated angrily over her flawed claims. One thing was clear, there was no love lost between Tarlov and Watters in the exchange.

Greg Gutfeld ended the heated segment with a joke.

“I think we should move on,” he interrupted. “I think we solved one of the world’s most pressing problems by yelling. You know, it’s an underrated art. Just yell. That’s all you got to do.”
