Controversial British reporter Tommy Robinson was arrested for joining a march against anti-Semitism in London after he had been told by organizers to stay away, yet another example of how free speech has all but been stomped out across the pond.
On Sunday, tens of thousands turned out to protest against the alarming explosion of Jew-hatred after Israel retaliated against the Hamas terror organization that massacred over 1,300 of its citizens last month, including women, children, and babies who were slaughtered in their own homes.
London, once the seat of Western civilization, has seen its streets taken over by immense mobs of pro-Hamas demonstrators spewing hatred against the Jewish democracy and Jewish people in general, protests that have been given wide latitude by the city’s Muslim Mayor Sadiq Khan.
They arrested Tommy Robinson. In the UK, you’re allowed to march and chant for the genocide of Jews but if a reporter who has the “wrong” views tries covering it, he will be arrested.

But on a day when a counter presence turned out, the cops swarmed the 40-year-old English Defence League founder with overwhelming force, hauling him away in a scene straight out of the dystopian world from the movie “V For Vendetta” which portrayed a futuristic fascist UK.
Tommy Robinson was just arrested in London for reporting on a rally and for seemingly existing in a city run by Sadiq Khan. Insane. @TRobinsonNewEra pic.twitter.com/ocvHv3jlKv

Robinson who was arrested despite his telling authorities that he was there to report blasted the “two-tiered policing system” in a short video posted to X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Climbing all over statues, destroying war memorials, calling for the death of all Israelis, met police turn a blind eye,” he said. “Being Tommy Robinson, they send the whole squad, pepper spray you, and drag you away,” in a short video clip that has inexplicably been tagged as sensitive content by the censors who remain dug in at X despite owner Elon Musk’s devotion to free speech.

“The same view has been voiced by others,” the Met Police said on X. “As a result, he was spoken to and warned on more than one occasion that his continued presence in the area was likely to cause harassment, alarm and distress to others.”
“He was directed to leave the area but refused to do so. We’er aware that the man had suggested he was in the area as a journalist. This was not a relevant factor in his arrest,” the police said, according to the Daily Mail.”
X users reacted to the heavy-handed police state tactics against Robinson.
He (Tommy Robinson) was arrested.
Arrested for existing.
Wake up, people!

You should have called for Jihad, they would have left you alone.

They hate freedom and free speech so much that they sent 20 Brownshirts to arrest Tommy Robinson.
Not because he was violent, but because his presence is causing “alarm and distress”

Police have already lost respect of vast numbers of the public. This just adds to it.

A glaring example of the UK’s skewed priorities.
It’s outrageous that advocating for genocide gets a pass, but reporting on it lands you in handcuffs. This isn’t justice; it’s selective enforcement based on political views.

The United Kingdom is lost. If journalists can’t do their jobs, the government will control what people think.

What’s going on is obvious. Label it fascism or whatever, it’s control of free speech by the government. It’s there for anyone to see, daily, unrelenting and oppressive. Those accepting it are digging their own grave by turning a blind eye.

People aren’t going to win this battle by taking the high road. The crowd easily could’ve stopped him getting arrested

The demonstration’s organizer, British NGO Campaign Against Antisemitism states on its website: “Britain is one of the best countries in the world in which to be Jewish, but we must fight to keep it that way. Britain is at a tipping point: unless antisemitism is met with zero tolerance, it will continue to grow and British Jews will increasingly question their place in their own country”
