White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre boasted about herself being a “historic figure’ in a recent interview and on Friday, she failed to live up to her own self-promotion during a grilling from reporters over the worsening stench of Biden family corruption.
During the week-ending daily press briefing, a suddenly adversarial press corps reared its head like a sleeping giant roused from a long slumber with the president’s top spox facing a barrage of questions on the Justice Department’s sweetheart deal with Hunter Biden and his presence at a White House state dinner for India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi where he schmoozed with Attorney General Merrick Garland.
There was also the matter of the bombshells from IRS whistleblowers who claimed that the DOJ and the FBI interfered in the investigation of the scandal-soaked presidential son for income tax evasion, just the latest revelation in a growing list of serious allegations against the crooked clan and its patriarch including bribery, influence peddling, money laundering and miscellaneous other misdeeds that, in a country with an honest criminal justice system, would likely make for a heck of a racketeering case.
Whatever it was that got into the reporters, it was clear that the historic first black lesbian immigrant was caught completely off guard and spent over three minutes bobbing, weaving, babbling, and deflecting without giving a single straight answer.

“The president invited his son Hunter to the state dinner last night,” asked CNN’s Jeremy Diamond. “I’m wondering if you could take us into the thinking and decision-making why the president decided to… ”
“I’m just not going to get into family discussion, personal family discussion,” Jean-Pierre answered. “As you know, Hunter’s his son. I’m just not going to get into that.”
“If Hunter Biden wasn’t the president’s son, would he have invited someone who had just reached a plea agreement with federal prosecutors?” Diamond followed up.
“Well, a couple of things,” KJP answered. “Again, that’s his son. He’s a family member. It is not uncommon for family members to attend events at the White House. You could look at past presidents. I’m sure you have. So that is not uncommon. As it relates to anything related to Hunter, I’m just not going to respond to it from here.”
She then spent the next three minutes fending off legitimate questions from other reporters who showed signs that the days of the press sucking up the regime may be ending.
Jean-Pierre wasn’t the only White House flack who wilted under pressure as National Security Council Strategic Communications Coordinator John Kirby refused to answer a question from reporter James Rosen on a WhatsApp text message that allegedly shows Hunter Biden engaging in what has the appearance of the extortion of a foreign national with his father sitting by his side.

The former Navy admiral refused to answer the question and then fled the room faster than Speedy Gonzales.
Also appearing to feel the heat is the attorney general himself who has presided over an agency that has been weaponized against enemies of the regime, ordering last summer’s storming of former President Donald J. Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence, unleashing the FBI on conservatives including parents at school board meetings, and the unprecedented charging of the frontrunner of the opposition party in next year’s election in which his boss is seeking a second term.
During a Friday press conference, Garland equated criticism of the Department of Justice to an attack on “democracy” much as Biden did in his vile, fascistic address at Philadelphia’s Independence Hall last September where he stood bathed in blood-red lighting flanked by two U.S. Marines and all but openly declared Trump supporters as enemies of the state in a scene that could have come directly out of “The Man in the High Castle.”
Garland: “Some have chose to attack the integrity of the Justice Department by claiming that we do not treat cases alike. This constitutes an attack on an institution that is essential to American democracy… Nothing could be further from the truth.” pic.twitter.com/fHkHPUiNyn

“This is a historic administration, I’m a historic figure and I certainly walk in history every day,” Jean-Pierre boasted in her interview with black news and entertainment website The Grio, oozing with all the pomposity of a diversity hire who knows her job is safe for as long as Biden’s in the White House.
