Alex Berenson highlights one data point that can’t be dismissed amid excess post-vaccine deaths

Fox News host Tucker Carlson spent considerable time on the effects of the COVID-19 vaccine on Thursday’s episode of “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” before bringing on former New York Times reporter and author Alex Berenson to discuss a higher number of deaths in young people after mandatory COVID vaccinations.

Berenson highlighted the one data point that can’t be dismissed, which is “all-cause mortality.”

Carlson opened the segment by noting the sudden shift by some in the media in blaming former President Donald Trump for allegedly pressuring the Food and Drug Administration to authorize the first COVID-19 vaccines on an accelerated timeline that did not allow for adequate testing. He cited a tweet from the German government stating that at least one out of every 5,000 vaccine shots causes “serious side effects,” including heart inflammation, myocarditis.

The Fox News host also highlighted 5 doctors in Toronto who died in July, including a 27-year-old triathlete who died after a swimming competition and a 50-year-old Olympian who died after a run. There was also a 37-year-old cycling champion in Scotland who died of a heart attack two days after winning a national mountain biking championship.

As Carlson noted, “these are not people who are sitting on the couch smoking weed and eating Doritos,” and while it can’t be said with certainty that it’s related to the vaccine, now that Trump is being blamed it’s suddenly okay to talk about the deaths.

“Now, we can’t know why all of this happened, but the point is we’re allowed to notice now, and that’s significant, especially since some places are still forcing children to take the vaccine and that would include most colleges in the United States,” he said.

“There’s one data point that cannot be just waved away, period. Okay? And that’s all-cause mortality,” Berenson observed. “It’s the total death count — whether it’s in the United States or Europe or Australia, governments are good at counting their citizens being born and dying.”

“What we’ve seen for this year, in Europe — this is my top Substack story today, which is why I’m mentioning it — is week after week European countries are reporting above average all cause deaths,” he continued. “As of this moment in Europe, there are more excess deaths in 2022, which is post-vaccination, than in either 2021 or 2020 when Covid was supposed to be ravaging Europe. And no one has offered a good explanation for why this is.”

Suggesting those data are “indisputable,” Carlson said that an argument can be made over what they mean, “they suggest something profound and terrifying is going on.”

“In face of that data, why can they mandate this? Why isn’t someone trying to figure out what’s going on?” he asked.

“I have no idea,” Berenson replied, before adding, “Nobody under 30 should be getting this. I’ve said that for a while, but it’s indisputably true. The answer might be very uncomfortable for a lot of people, why we’re not looking into it.”

“Just blame Trump,” Carlson concluded. “This is one of the great stories of our age.”
