Fans leave concert when singer Halsey touts pro-choice views: ‘If you don’t like it, go home’

Concertgoers walked out in large enough numbers during a Halsey concert in Arizona to get the singer’s attention after she started railing about her pro-abortion views.

And adding to the disrespect for her fans, she essentially said good riddance.

Halsey would lead the crowd in a “My body, my choice” chant, and lecture them about taking action to ensure the right to kill unborn children.

“Here in Arizona, you guys got to promise me that you’re gonna do that work so that the person to the left of you and to the right of you has that right for the rest of their lives,” the singer said. “If you don’t like it, you can go home right now — I don’t care.”

“If you don’t like it, I don’t know why you came to a Halsey concert because I’ve never been shy that this is how I feel,” she continued.

As for how many walked out, a social media user took note to say the number was “sickening.”

Halsey, aka Ashley Nicolette Frangipane, responded to the dissatisfaction in Phoenix with an arrogant online wave goodbye, proving she has no respect whatsoever for those who spend their hard-earned cash to provide the singer with a luxurious living.

“downside of doing outdoor venues: no door to hit them on the way out 👋🏼,” she tweeted.

While performing Tuesday night in Dallas, the singer boasted from the stage about having an abortion herself and how it “saved” her life, after attacking Texas Gov. Greg Abbott and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, screaming: “F*ck Greg Abbott!” and “F*ck Ken Paxton!”

Texas has a “trigger law” in place that will ban all abortions starting 30 days after the Supreme Court’s decision.

Caution: Vulgar language

When the Supreme Court overruled Roe v. Wade, she tweeted: “I have been advocating for abortion, reproductive rights, and bodily integrity for as long as I’ve had a platform and I’m running out of ways to word and frame the severity of the impact that fundamentalism has on our country.”

Of course, a common theme in the responses centered on the idea that, as Halsey suggested, people should have known what to expect, given her music and past actions:

Then again, there’s two sides of the coin when it comes to free speech.
