Unbeknownst to many, President Donald Trump has lost significant weight lately, leading to massive speculation over how he’s done it.
Speculation began to emerge earlier in the month when Trump’s physician, Sean Barbabella, announced that he’d lost 20 pounds, going from 244 pounds in 2020 to just 224 pounds now.
How did he accomplish this? Reportedly through his “active lifestyle.”
“President Trump remains in excellent health, exhibiting robust cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, and general physical function,” his physician’s report, published about two weeks ago, reads. “His active lifestyle continues to contribute significantly to his well-being.”
“President Trump’s days include participation in multiple meetings, public appearances, press availability, and frequent victories in golf events. President Trump exhibits excellent cognitive and physical health and is fully fit to execute the duties of the Commander-in-Chief and Head of State,” it continues.

However, other sources have conjured up their own reasons for this massive loss of weight, including a lack of buns. Yes, buns.
Speaking with Human Services Secretary RFK Jr. last month, Fox News host Sean Hannity claimed Trump had begun to lose weight by simply eating bun-less burgers.
“If he has a burger now, he usually doesn’t have it with a bun,” the Fox News host said.

Hannity: You do work for a boss. He is getting healthier.
RFK JR: I think he’s lost 30 lbs.

Meanwhile, far-left media outlets like The Daily Beast have suggested that Trump’s been on Ozempic, the revolutionary diabetes drug increasingly being used by the public for weight loss.
“[I]n the White House, there are whispers that the new slimline Trump used a little pharmaceutical help to lose 20 lbs since his last presidential physical in 2020,” the left-wing outlet reported Wednesday.
Dr. Lisa Oldson, described by the outlet as “an obesity medicine specialist,” said that she’s doubtful a change in diet alone could explain Trump’s quick and massive weight loss.
“Most people don’t lose [weight] that fast without meds,” she said, adding that it “looks like he’s lost more than 5-6 percent” of his weight.
That evidently is more than one typically loses from “just lifestyle modification alone,” she complained.
“When we look at people losing 30 pounds, 40 pounds, 50 pounds, 80 pounds, 100 pounds, that’s much more often due to the newer meds, the GLP agonists,” and not because of diet and exercise alone,” Oldson explained.

In fairness to The Daily Beast, the outlet also reached out to Alabama-based dietitian Dr. Carolyn Williams, who, in turn, dismissed the idea that Trump has been taking Ozempic.
She explained that Ozempic-like drugs can “make you feel bad,” which is the opposite of how Trump appears to be, which is happy and healthy.
The left-wing outlet further reached out to White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.
“As the results of his recently conducted physical concluded, President Trump is indeed in peak physical and mental condition as a result of his strenuous schedule working 20 hours per day, his exercise on the golf course, and his diet courtesy of the exceptional White House chefs,” she said. “The President is in a physical condition that most men his age could only dream about.”
Trump himself previously told the hosts of Fox News’ “Fox & Friends” that he lost the weight “the hard way.”
“The hard way — I work,” he replied when asked to explain how he lost so much weight. “I have been so busy. I haven’t been able to eat very much. I’m not able to sit down and eat like a person like you. You can sit down and eat. Me, it’s a little bit tougher.”
