Jenna Ellis, a former attorney for Donald Trump, has pleaded guilty in Fulton County Superior Court to trying to overturn the 2020 election in Georgia, effectively throwing the former president under the bus.
She broke down in tears while reading a statement proclaiming that she is a Christian and that she relied on the advice of others while challenging the election.
Ellis, who is 38, cut a deal with prosecutors and pleaded guilty to one count of aiding and abetting false statements and writings. She was looking down the barrel of more serious charges having to do with Georgia’s anti-racketing law. She will not serve any jail time and instead will get five years probation, a $5,000 fine, and 100 hours of community service. She is also being forced to write an apology letter to Georgia voters.
The attorney will also be expected to “truthfully” testify at any necessary trials including one against Trump according to the Daily Mail.
Jenna Ellis pleads guilty to misdemeanors in Georgia. CNN is thrilled, & broadcasted it live.
Apparently, it is illegal in Georgia, for attorneys to practice law. pic.twitter.com/3P9ZYc9CaK

“I’m an attorney who is also a Christian. I take my responsibilities as a lawyer very seriously. I relied on others, including lawyers with many more years of experience, to provide me with true and reliable information. Especially since my role involves speaking to the media and to legislators in various states,” Ellis wept in front of Judge Scott McAfee.
“What I did not do but should have done, Your Honor, was to make sure that the facts the other lawyers alleged to be true were in fact true,” she continued. “In the frenetic pace of attempting to raise challenges to the election in several states, including Georgia, I failed to do my due diligence.”
“I believe in and I value election integrity. And if I knew then what I know now, I would have declined to represent Donald Trump in these post-election challenges,” Ellis told the judge.
She went on to say that she felt “deep remorse” and concluded, “I apologize to the people of Georgia.”
For those who don’t understand what’s really happening.
The Georgia case is a joke. She charged it under RICO so when one flips, it strengthens the case against the others. She knew people like Jenna Ellis would flip in a heartbeat.

Despite attorney-client privilege, three former attorneys for Trump have now bowed to pressure from leftist authorities, turning on the former president and pleading guilty to avoid jail time. Sidney Powell and Kenneth Chesebro both struck deals and pleaded guilty to lesser charges.
Ellis, Trump, Powell, Chesebro, and over a dozen other defendants were indicted two months ago. They stand accused of a criminal conspiracy to overturn President Biden’s election victory in Georgia.
Ellis was hammered on X for turning on Trump to save herself while the media gloated:
Pleading guilty to avoid prison is one thing.
Throwing President Trump under the bus is another;
for that reason, Jenna Ellis will always be known as a disloyal coward and a total scumbag.

. @cnn’s @ZcohenCNN who said that Hunter Biden’s laptop was Russian disinformation and that Kim Jung Un was brain dead is on TV gloating about Jenna Ellis getting prosecuted for pushing disinformation.

Jenna Ellis raised a quarter million dollars from Trump supporters for her “legal defense fund” just to take a plea deal and testify against Trump
Unbelievable

Jenna Ellis pleads guilty and breaks down crying in court saying if she knew now about Trump she never would have agreed to represent him.
Shamelessly pulling another back stabbing stunt to get another 15 minutes of fame.

Another former attorney, Jenna Ellis, has pled guilty & negotiated a plea deal. Fair or not, this Georgia case is getting worse & worse for Trump.
That makes 4 so far in this case who have pled guilty with plea deals to testify. Three are former attorneys. More will very… pic.twitter.com/2Sq12NHPSh

Many Trump supporters donated to Jenna Ellis, after she backstabbed Trump. She raised $217k w/the help of “MAGA” influencers. Result?
She unnecessarily backstabbed Trump again.
Moral of the story: Don’t forgive traitors, or feel sorry for them. Once disloyal, always disloyal.

Jenna Ellis is a fraud.
She grifted her way through the movement.
She asked Americans to donate to her legal fund knowing she was going to fold quick than a cheap lawn chair.
No one likes a rat—especially a rat that has to make stuff up because NOTHING ILLEGAL happened. https://t.co/bfMG3Vrzw7

Jenna Ellis is a selfish lying fool. She threw everyone under the bus to save her own ass!! I understand using the legal system to destroy a person but at some point you have to fight for the truth no matter what the consequences!!

Didn’t Jenna Ellis raise a whole bunch of money on the basis that she was MAGA and supported Trump?
Now she pleads guilty in the Georgia Election case and tries to throw Trump under the bus.

Former Trump attorney JENNA ELLIS kisses ass of Georgia judge. Apparently never heard of attorney client privilege. Or ethics. Or decency.
Out to save her own sorry ass, proves her uselessness as an attorney and that she cannot ever be trusted to represent anyone.
An idiot
