Fox News host Brian Kilmeade stated there was “nothing urgent” about President Biden’s “Protecting Democracy” speech, widely considered to be the most divisive, inflammatory rant ever delivered by an American leader.

“For one thing, Joe Biden needs something to do,” Kilmeade said on Thursday morning’s edition of “Fox & Friends.”
“Because he has nothing to do, he is doing prime-time speeches he has no business giving,” the host continued. “There was nothing urgent about that speech. I think it was such a waste of good TV time or radio time however you listened to it.”
As American Wire reported, President Biden took to the stage on Wednesday and attempted to link the attack on Paul Pelosi, husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, by an unhinged hippie to “extreme MAGA Republicans,” so-called “election deniers,” and the events at the Capitol building on January 6, 2021.

Biden noted that David DePape “entered the home asking: ‘Where’s Nancy? Where’s Nancy?'”
“Those are the very same words used by the mob when they stormed the United States Capitol on January the 6th, when they broke windows, kicked in the doors, brutally attacked law enforcement, roamed the corridors hunting for officials and erected gallows to hang the former vice president, Mike Pence,” he stated.
And while Biden railed against conservatives who dare to question the integrity of the 2020 election, said Kilmeade, he ignored the “many innocent people” who have become the victims of violent crime under his time in office.
“He acts like Nancy Pelosi’s husband is the only one who has been attacked, when we show you every single day how many innocent people have been attacked by criminals that should be behind bars,” Kilmeade said. “Which leads you to the number one issue or number two issue most people care about: the inflation that you caused, the economy — the economic strains that you backed, and now crime that you’re ignoring.”
“You bring up Donald Trump, January 6th and Paul Pelosi and saying they turned the words ‘where’s Nancy?’” the host continued. “That’s the same thing the FedEx guy says when he needs a signature. ‘Where’s Nancy’ is nothing perilous. That’s what you do when you are looking for Nancy.”

“There’s no two things that are together,” Kilmeade argued. “That guy, the nudist, Black Lives Matter enthusiast, pride flag owner, living in a bus, who sexually abused his children has nothing to do with January 6th, has nothing to do with Donald Trump, has everything to do with the crime in San Francisco and the illegal immigrants who overstayed their Visa.”
“For him to give that speech yesterday and, also, for his consultants and experts to say this is what the American people want to hear shows he is in for Obama-like shellacking on Tuesday,” Kilmeade predicted, referring to the upcoming midterm elections.
Noting a 27% shift away from Democrats since August among white suburban women, co-host Steve Doocy claimed that Biden gave the shocking speech because, with just days before the elections, he can’t talk about what voters truly care about: “The price of everything.”
“Right now, 15% favor Republicans in Congress,” Doocy stated. “That is a 27% shift away from where they were in August.”
“In August, it was about abortion,” Doocy said. “And now it’s about the price of everything.”
