‘Left’s Joe Rogan’ doubles down that Hamas terror group is ‘a thousand times better’ than Israel

Bomb-throwing left-wing podcaster and Hamas fanboy Hasan Piker doubled down on his support for the barbaric Islamist terrorist organization in an interview with “Obama Bro” Jon Favreau.

Piker has been testing the limits of the Democrats’ “big tent” as he campaigns for the party’s candidates, including Michigan U.S. Senate hopeful Abdul El-Sayed, despite sparking controversy with his incendiary takes, one of which is that Hamas is a “thousand times better” than Israel.

When given a chance to walk back his remarks by the former speechwriter for President Barack Obama, Piker slapped away the lifeline and dove in headfirst to defend Hamas on the latest edition of the “Pod Save America” podcast.

“When you say Hamas is a thousand times better, do you actually mean that?” Favreau asked. “Or, is that a rhetorical move, or like a solidarity signal…?”

Piker didn’t back down one inch.

“I do mean it,” he answered.

“I’ve also said I’m a harm-reduction voter,” he continued. “I’m a lesser evil voter and, therefore, I would vote for Hamas over Israel every single time because I’m looking at the situation as a paramilitary organization that has a political party as well, a political bureau as well that is entirely comprised not as an alien force but of orphaned children that have, you know, had their parents killed by an apartheid state that has been dominating the lives of Palestinians for 80 years at this point and have done a genocide at this point as well.”

Piker, the nephew of “Young Turks” founder Cenk Uygur, also smeared the Republican Party as the “biggest domestic terrorist” in America and abroad, a sentiment almost certainly shared by a large percentage of Democrats.

“I hate Republicans,” he declared.” “I oppose them. I say that all the time. I think that the Republicans are far more damaging. The biggest terrorists, the biggest domestic terrorist in this country, the biggest terrorist internationally, is the Republican Party. And not only that, but it’s just like, they … I want to fight against the growing fascist movement in this country.”

He also ripped the Democratic Party for what he called a “conciliatory attitude” toward the GOP and “their lack of investment” in fighting the “fascist” movement, invoking the Dems’ second favorite f-word.

Another one of Piker’s toxic takes was suggesting that America deserved to be attacked by Islamic terrorist zealots on September 11, 2001, although he did later walk it back as “inappropriate,” and said that he is “anti-civilian death.”

During a recent Fox News appearance, El-Sayed defended Piker’s 9/11 remarks.

“I’m anti-civilian murder,” Piker said. “I’m anti-civilian death. That’s one of my first principles is that I’m anti-imperialist. I’m anti-war for that reason, because I don’t want civilians to die. I don’t want random people to die. Hey, I don’t even want people to go out and die in the process of trying to kill people.”

Rep. Haley Stevens (D-MI), who is running against El-Sayed in the August Michigan Democratic primary, called her opponent’s decision to campaign with Piker “unacceptable.”

Piker’s growing popularity with the Democrat base shows that the party remains a safe space for Israel haters and anti-Semites.
