LGBTQ+ group HRC demands Anheuser-Busch ‘stand in solidarity’ with Dylan Mulvaney, trans community

Alcoholic beverage titan Anheuser-Busch is being sucked under by an ever-deepening quicksand bog of its own making over the epic debacle stemming from the decision to feature creepy transgender TikTok influencer Dylan Mulvaney in ads for its popular Bud Light beer.

With the backlash showing no signs of subsiding after a month of product boycotts, the company now finds itself in an unwinnable situation with a powerful gay rights organization demanding that it reaffirm its support for transgenderism and “stand in solidarity” behind Mulvaney and do so in a public manner.

The Human Rights Campaign (HRC) which is the largest LGBTQ+ lobbying organization in the nation sent a letter to Anheuser-Busch effectively demanding that the company focus less on selling beer by repairing its badly damaged image and more on carrying the flag for the transgender community, an increasingly forceful political movement that is still in its nascent stages.

“At this moment, it is absolutely critical for Anheuser-Busch to stand in solidarity with Dylan and the trans community,” reads the April 26 letter from HRC senior VP Jay Brown to the head of human resources at Anheuser-Busch that was obtained by The Hill which first published the details on Friday.

“However, when faced with anti-LGBTQ+ and transphobic criticism, Anheuser-Busch’s actions demonstrate a profound lack of fortitude in upholding its values of diversity, equity, and inclusion to employees, customers, shareholders and the LGBTQ+ community,” wrote Brown.

“This not only lends credence to hate-filled rhetoric, it exposes Anheuser-Busch to long-term business impacts with employees and customers increasingly looking for steadfast commitment to LGBTQ+ corporate citizenships,” the letter reads, an implied threat of the sort of economic warfare that has been brought to bear against corporations by Big Gay.

The Hill reported that the letter threatens to “lower Anheuser-Busch’s long-standing 100 percent Corporate Equality Index score,” a sort of Chinese-style social credit system for corporations that are used to enforce “woke” compliance, with total subservience being required for a perfect score from America’s cultural commissars.

It would seem that the HRC wasn’t satisfied with the tepid mea culpa issued by Anheuser-Busch CEO Brendan Whitworth that, “We never intended to be part of a discussion that divides people. We are in the business of bringing people together over a beer,” fighting words for a movement that has no use for compromise or debate as it waterboards Americans with its agenda 24/7 and ruthlessly destroys any dissenters.

Also in the letter, Brown demands that Anheuser-Busch executives meet with Human Rights Campaign leadership with one of the “recommendations” being that the company is to put out a public statement “reaffirming its full support for its transgender customers, shareholders, and employees,” which ought to do wonders to quell the boycotts and ease the feelings of customers who have been alienated by the beer giant’s tacit endorsement of the transgender lifestyle which is viewed with revulsion by millions of Americans who refuse to be brainwashed by the incessant propaganda.

News of the HRC’s demands comes as Anheuser-Busch has been working hard to rectify its mistake, first by ousting the Harvard-educated female Bud Light marketing exec over her stroke of genius to hire the controversial Mulvaney, a planned Bud Light marketing blitz and also the hiring of a team of former Republican staffers to lobby congressional lawmakers, but the problems may be about to get far worse if cowardly corporate types grovel and agree to Brown’s demands.

Telling the HRC to stuff it would be a great opportunity for a major corporation to lead by example by taking a stand against left-wing extortionists but there are only cowards in today’s corporate boardrooms so it’s probably relatively safe to expect a pledge of solidarity to Mulvaney and the very special demographic even if it further ticks off Bud’s customers.
