While sorcerers typically rely on intricate spells and magic wands for impossible transformations, it seems all progressives need is the letter “x,” and suddenly, boys can mystically transform into girls.
Take the Department of Human Service Programs in Cambridge, Massachusetts, which replaced the “s” in “girls” with an “x” and announced it would be holding a “Sports Night for Girlx” on Jan. 18.
Girls (K – 5th grade) and their families are invited to learn about local teams and explore new sports. Attend Cambridge Sports Night for Girlx on January 18, from 5:30-7 PM at the War Memorial Field House to learn more- https://t.co/T1tIWfxUdf #CambMA pic.twitter.com/Cp05rT0KvX

A free event for girls in kindergarten through the fifth grade, the flyer proclaims it is open “to all those who identify as girls or with girlhood.”
We sincerely hope this does not include the White House’s favorite transgender TikTok influencer, Dylan Mulvaney, who mortified actual women with his creepy “Days of Girlhood” videos.

On its website, the Department of Human Service Programs asks parents, “Did you know that girlx who play sports are more likely to have better grades, high levels of confidence, and develop the critical skills necessary for success in the workplace?”
The event is organized by the Department of Human Service Programs, the Cambridge Commission on the Status of Women, and the office of Cambridge Mayor Sumbul Siddiqui, a Democrat who supports allowing biological boys to compete against actual girls.

She insists on using the term “Latinx,” despite the many polls that have shown Latinos hate the term and find it offensive.
It’s #EqualPayDay2021! This day marks how far into 2021 women must work to be paid what men were paid in 2020. For Black, Latinx, Asian and Indigenous women — it’s even longer. We must close the gender pay gap, and advocate even harder for BIPOC women ✊🏾 pic.twitter.com/VJgTCsHiBu

The Cambridge Commission on the Status of Women is no better.
A city department dedicated to promoting “equity for all women and girls and advocates on their behalf,” according to its website, it “recognizes, supports, and advocates for all who self-identify as women or with womanhood, including transgender, gender fluid, and non-binary persons.”
Online, the event is drawing a mountain of criticism.
“2020: ‘Latinx’,” tweeted Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ Rapid Response Director Christina Pushaw. “2023: ‘GIRLX.”
“Stop trying to erase girls by replacing them with confused, indoctrinated, and delusional boys,” fumed another user.
“This is an open invitation to paedophiles and groomers alike,” another lamented, adding, “what an absolute #SafeguardingFail.”
And a fourth couldn’t believe what he was reading.
“Is this sh*t real?” he asked. “I hope this isn’t real.”

The event comes as Democrats continue to push for the inclusion of transgender athletes under Title IX protections.
As BizPac Review reported, President Joe Biden first began pushing to expand Title IX, which “prohibits, with certain exceptions, any entity that receives ‘federal financial assistance’ from discriminating against individuals on the basis of sex in education programs or activities,” in June, the 50th anniversary of the provision.
According to Sarah Parshall Perry, a senior legal fellow in the Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies at the Heritage Foundation, the transgender political push is “something akin to a juggernaut because it has picked up such steam and it’s moving at such a precipitous pace.”
She is currently working to stop the “myriad changes” the Biden administration wants to push through and calls Biden’s proposal to include transgender athletes under Title IX “a stunning act of hubris.”
“I think a bankrupting of this entire ideology and its practitioners is definitely due,” she said.
