Media spreads rumors about Trump and Barron’s relationship

Another day for the left is just another opportunity to bash former President Donald Trump, especially with an election looming.

The liberal media is back to spreading rumors about Trump and his family. This time, a baseless rumor is circulating that the former president is having a squabble with his youngest son Barron over a petty issue.

The ‘report’ does not cite any new developments but refers back to Michael Wolff promoting his book in an interview with Lawrence O’Donnell back in 2019. The columnist and author of the book “Siege: Trump Under Fire,” spoke of the so-called feud between father and son.

“You also report the incredibly peculiar detail that Donald Trump is reportedly jealous of his son’s height because at 12 years old he’s apparently growing up,” O’Donnell said.

“He’s jealous of everyone’s height. He never lets himself be in a photograph with someone taller than he is,” Wolff claimed.

“Height is his — is one of his techniques. He uses his height — and, remember, Donald Trump is a very large man,” he added in the talk that took place when Barron was already getting past his father in height.

“They were seen together oftentimes when they were all in the White House, but since then, photos of Barron and Donald together are few and far between,” claimed the online publication, SheKnows. “Now, Barron is around 6’8, and the last time the two were seen together was at his first wife Ivana Trump’s funeral.”

“Now, Wolff hasn’t been seen as a super-trustworthy source, but he did get exclusive details from members of Donald’s team, and even Donald himself at one point. But this height insecurity has been reported on quite a few times over the years,” the outlet added.

In a September interview with journalist Megyn Kelly, Trump had shot down speculation that his youngest son – now a senior in high school – would pursue a sporting career due to his height.

“Barron’s very tall – about six-eight. And, he’s a good kid. He’s a good-looking kid. He’s a great student, very good student,” he said and added that he and his wife Melania were “looking at” perhaps having Barron follow in his father’s footsteps by attending the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

As the 2024 election season draws closer, it will be no surprise that “resurfaced” stories that are essentially nothing-burgers will continue to roll out against Trump.
