Future First Lady Melania Trump and Department of Health and Human Services nominee Robert F. Kennedy Jr. are reportedly “ganging up” on President-elect Donald J. Trump to convince him to eat healthier.
The nation’s soon-to-be 47th president is well known for his liking of fast food cuisine and a viral picture of him and members of his incoming administration dining on McDonald’s fare onboard Trump Force One sparked a lively discussion about the health-conscious RFK Jr. holding a Big Mac.

In a McNugget of tasty gossip, the New York Post’s Page Six reports that Kennedy and Mrs. Trump “are on a campaign to improve” the president-elect’s diet.
“RFK Jr. and Melania are ‘ganging up’ on the President-elect to eat in a more healthy way. Think fewer Big Macs and less KFC, and more lean protein, salad and veggies for energy and to improve his overall well-being,” one unidentified “Trumpworld insider” told the outlet.
The first lady in waiting has also reportedly been cooking meals for her husband and son Barron at Trump Tower. “She’s also encouraging him to make healthier choices,” a source said.
“Melania famously watches every bite she takes… She has also guided their son’s eating habits since he was a toddler. Mar-a-Lago members say they spot her heading to the spa, to work out and have regular skin care and hair treatments,” the source added of the former model.
But another source told the outlet, “Nonsense! Trump eats whatever he wants.”
“The stuff he eats is really, like, bad,” RFK Jr. said during a recent podcast interview. “Campaign food is always bad, but the food that goes onto that airplane is like just poison…you’re either given KFC or Big Macs.”
The picture of Kennedy with Mickey D’s especially raised eyebrows considering the buff 70-year-old’s devotion to a healthy lifestyle and the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) agenda.

“We got back on the plane… Bobby did have, have some McDonald’s. We definitely had some fun with that one,” Don Jr. told conservative commentator Charlie Kirk after he shared the viral image, adding that RFK Jr. “definitely looks like he got his hand caught in the cookie jar with that one.”
“We joked, ‘MAHA (Make America Healthy Again) starts on Monday.’ Like all good diets, you’ve got to have a cheat day once in a while,” he said, adding that he’s relished the memes that have been spawned by the picture.
Another source told the New York Post that RFK Jr. probably didn’t actually eat the McDonald’s food.
“They did it as a joke,” the source said. “RFK Jr. is all about healthy living and no processed foods. He hates fast food. He probably didn’t eat it.”
