MSNBC’s Ali Velshi calls tough new abortion laws ‘Christian sharia’ in alarming escalation of rhetoric

When it comes to the political left’s cult of death and destruction there is no more sacred rite than abortion and Democrats and their shock troops aren’t reacting well to tough new laws in several conservative states to protect the rights of the unborn as they dig in for all-out war to ensure that women who want to terminate their pregnancies can continue to do so with impunity.

On Thursday, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed legislation into law that infuriated leftists, making the Sunshine State into one of the most pro-life states in America, a law that was denounced by leftists including MSNBC’s Ali Velshi who denounced the laws and rulings as “Christian Sharia,” a description that will only serve to fuel the anger of those who already see mob violence as a legitimate political tactic.

Velshi made his incendiary remarks to the rabidly fascistic Dean Obeidallah on Friday’s edition of “The Dean Obeidallah Show” on SiriusXM, a regular forum for some of the most unhinged figures on the left, primarily former Deep State officials – some who are drawing paychecks from MSNBC – are featured to among other things, call for the censorship and imprisonment of enemies of the Democratic party.

“I think what drives me so crazy and I keep wanting to talk about what the right is doing, imposing their religions,” the host said “They accuse us Muslims of wanting to do this forever. And we’re like…”

“You wrote that. You wrote that the other day and you said it on my show. And I was like, That’s exactly true,” Velshi replied.”

“We never wanted to impose our… They were projecti- so they, like, and it resulted in passed law,” an animated Obeidallah, said.

Velshi interjected, “We had wars about this.”

Obeidallah added, “Right but they pass anti-Shariah legislation in states where there’s…”

“There’s no Sharia,” Velshi insisted. “There’s no Sharia in America.”

“But they were, they were always plotting this, they were always about projection,” said  Obeidallah, “and now they’re doing it. So the fact that they call us, you know, hate directed against our community, I think I take it more personally. So I’m…”

“It’s Sharia, right?” Velshi asked. “If you’re a, if you believe that you don’t, you don’t want people to have abortion rights, but you live in America, which constitutionally says that you can’t impose a state religious belief on everybody else, but you do it.”

“That’s actually Sharia. That’s actually what everybody else is complaining about what Sharia is. You’ve taken the Good Book and you have made that the law book. Something that Muslims never did in America or couldn’t do in America if they wanted to. That’s the wild part about this. That’s what this is. This is Christian Sharia,” claimed Velshi.

Prior to DeSantis’ signing of the Heartbeat Protection Act into law, the deranged Obeidallah accused the popular Republican leader of being a killer of women.

The duo’s inciteful comments come three weeks after a transgender shooter massacred six people, including three young children at a Nashville Christian elementary school, and the subsequent media treatment portraying the murderer as a victim while seeming to suggest that the dead had it coming to them was already a dog whistle to other disturbed individuals and groups that it could soon be open season on people of the Christian faith.
