Elon Musk warned what’s at stake in Tuesday’s Wisconsin Supreme Court election, and it could be no less than the future of Western civilization which could fall if the Democratic Party is able to regain control of the political system.
Hours before the Tesla/SpaceX CEO and DOGE chief spoke at a town hall in Green Bay, he shared a provocative post by a popular X account that suggested if left-wing Judge Susan Crawford wins, it will allow Democrats to “redraw up districts and add seats” which would almost certainly put them back in control of the House of Representatives.
1000%
What’s at issue here is control of the US House of Representatives.
This Wisconsin Supreme Court race might decide the future of America and Western Civilization!
It’s a big deal. https://t.co/zUuNPtFbMK

“1000%,” he wrote in response. “What’s at issue here is control of the US House of Representatives.”
“This Wisconsin Supreme Court race might decide the future of America and Western Civilization!” Musk continued. “It’s a big deal.”
Musk is backing conservative Brad Schimel in the race. President Donald J. Trump has also endorsed Schimel, describing Crawford as a “liberal lunatic.”
“Brad Schimel’s Opponent, Susan Crawford, is a DISASTER! She is so Far Left that even her own Party, the Radical Democrats, don’t want ANYTHING to do with her. Wisconsin Values are perfectly represented by Brad Schimel. He is Conservative, Strong and, above all, SANE. His Opponent is a Liberal Lunatic who will throw our Country, and the State of Wisconsin, into TOTAL CHAOS. Vote for Brad Schimel!” Trump wrote in a Sunday post to Truth Social.
The billionaire X owner also emphasized what’s at stake in remarks during the Green Bay town hall after he pleased the locals by coming out wearing a large yellow foam “cheesehead” hat in honor of the beloved hometown NFL team, the Green Bay Packers.

“What’s happening on Tuesday is a vote for which party controls the U.S. House of Representatives — that is why it is so significant,” Musk said, referring to the court’s role in congressional redistricting. “And whichever party controls the House to a significant degree controls the country, which then steers the course of Western civilization. I feel like this is one of those things that may not seem that it’s going to affect the entire destiny of humanity, but I think it will.”
Musk also revealed that he’s directed his Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) team to look into how some members of Congress have managed to parlay their elected offices into vast personal fortunes despite their meager government salaries.
ELON MUSK: “There’s a lot of strangely wealthy members of congress. I’m trying to connect the dots. How did they become rich? How do they get $20M while earning $200,000 a year? It sounds hmm. I’m trying to explain that. We’re trying to figure that out and stop it from… pic.twitter.com/ywV0u3SGzD

“There’s a lot of strangely wealthy members of Congress,” he said. “I’m trying to connect the dots of how did they become rich…how’d the get $20 million if they’re earning 200 thousand a year?”
“Nobody can explain that… we’re gonna try to figure it out, and certainly stop it from happening,” Musk added to applause.
He didn’t specifically name any of the filthy rich lawmakers but has been critical of Sens. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Chuck Schumer (D-NY), and former Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), all of whom have gotten obscenely wealthy during their time in office.
“We’ve got to pull a rabbit out of the hat — next level,” Musk said of Judge Schimel’s odds against the Soros machine. “We actually have to have a steady stream of rabbits out of the hat, like it’s an arc of rabbits flying through the air, and then landing in a voting booth.”
