Nikki Haley surfaces with advice for Trump and Republicans: ‘quit whining … Americans are smart’

Former President Donald J. Trump isn’t only having to defend himself against the entire Democrat-aligned establishment, but also from disgruntled elements of his own party who are sniping at him from the weeds.

One of those who is questioning his strategy is former South Carolina governor and U.S. ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley who surfaced to serve up her advice on how he needs to run against Democrat nominee Kamala Harris who is being boosted by one of the most intense propaganda campaigns in history.

The former Republican presidential candidate appeared on Tuesday’s edition of “Special Report” on Fox News where she complained about Trump’s strategy and said that he needs to stop attacking the DEI candidate over crowd sizes, her race, and a lack of intellectual prowess and focus on her record.

“You can’t win on those things. The American people are smart. Treat them like they’re smart,” Haley told anchor Bret Baier. “It’s not about her. It’s about the American people. Talk to them and let them know you need their vote.”

She also called for Republicans to “quit whining” about the undemocratically crowned Democrat and “quit complaining” that she hasn’t done a sit-down interview since being tabbed to replace senile Joe Biden who was overthrown by a Nancy Pelosi-Barack Obama-led coup.

“We knew it was going to be her. She’s not going to give an interview. They’re going to hold out as long as they can. That’s their right. They can do it,” she said. “That doesn’t mean we can’t talk about what she believes in. And we should be getting out there and doing that.”

“I take her at her word that she thinks that illegal immigrants should be able to vote and be given driver’s licenses. I take her at her word that she wants to ban fracking and kill a bunch of U.S. jobs. Take her at her word,” Haley added.

The former governor also said that Republicans have to focus on persuadable demographics like suburban women, Independents, and moderates.

“The target issues are the economy, the fact that Kamala wants to raise taxes, the fact that she’s taking money from those that didn’t go to college and has given it to those that did, the fact that when Afghanistan fell, the fact that when they lifted sanctions on Iran, the fact that when they, you know, actually said that they would help Israel and then pulled back, where was Kamala when that happened? She was sitting right next to Joe Biden in the Situation Room,” Haley told Baier.

“This administration is Kamala Harris’ administration. Everything that has happened is hers. So define her in that way. Talk about those issues,” she added.

“Republicans shouldn’t be surprised we’re running against Kamala Harris. It’s time to stop complaining and start calling out her liberal agenda,” Haley wrote on X. “We don’t need an interview from her. We need to take her at her word.”

“She’s said she wants to raise taxes. She’s said she thinks illegal immigrants should be able to vote and have driver’s licenses. She’s said she wants to kill U.S. energy production. She’s said the Iran nuclear deal should be expanded,” she wrote.
