Kash Patel announces arrest of ANOTHER activist judge: ‘Promises made…’

FBI Director Kash Patel announced Friday in a since-deleted X post that Milwaukee Circuit Court Judge Hannah C. Dugan has been arrested for helping an illegal alien avoid immigration enforcement.

Dugan had been under federal investigation for allegedly helping an illegal alien avoid arrest by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers at the courthouse, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel

Patel wrote, “Just NOW, the FBI arrested Judge Hannah Dugan out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin on charges of obstruction — after evidence of Judge Dugan obstructing an immigration arrest operation last week.”

“We believe Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested in her courthouse, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, allowing the subject — an illegal alien — to evade arrest,” the FBI director added. “Thankfully, our agents chased down the perp on foot, and he’s been in custody since, but the Judge’s obstruction created increased danger to the public.”

The breaking news comes just after former Doña Ana County Magistrate Judge Joel Cano and his wife, Nancy Cano, were arrested on Thursday following a raid of their Las Cruces home. They face charges of evidence tampering amid allegations they harbored an alleged illegal alien who is also believed to be a member of Venezuela’s notorious Tren de Aragua gang, according to Fox News.

Social media users not only cheered the development, they called for more of the same treatment for activist judges — here’s a quick sampling of responses to the story, as seen on X:
