President-elect Donald Trump’s 17-year-old granddaughter, Kai Trump, shared a photo reminding the nation that even after his historic comeback win, he still takes time to be “grandpa.”
“Sundays with Grandpa,” she posted on X.

A second photo in the post included Trump’s 10-year-old granddaughter Chloe, who is Kai’s younger sister.
And where you find Trump these days, it seems Elon Musk is not far behind as seen in another post from Kai.
“Elon achieving uncle status,” she wrote while sharing a photo she took with the billionaire and his 4-year-old son.

In the early hours on Wednesday, after it became clear that Trump would be returning to the White House as president, Kai shared a photo of her and her grandfather on X, along with the caption: “No one works harder or cares more about the American people. Congratulations Grandpa, I love you!”

Trump won in a landslide over Democratic nominee Kamala Harris, garnering 312 electoral votes to her 226. Trump won all seven battleground states and won the popular vote by nearly 4 million votes.
Kai also shared this on Election Day: “You inspire us all. Love you Grandpa.”

The affection between the two was evident when Kai, the eldest daughter of Donald Trump Jr. and his ex-wife, Vanessa Trump, burst upon the national scene at the Republican National Convention in July.
“I’m speaking today to share the side of my grandpa that people don’t often see,” the 17-year-old said from the stage as Trump looked on, beaming with pride. “To me, he’s just a normal grandpa. He gives us candy and soda when our parents aren’t looking. He always wants to know how we’re doing in school.”
“When we play golf together, if I’m not his team, he’ll try to get inside of my head,” Kai added. “And he’s always surprised that I don’t let him get to me. But I have to remind him I’m a Trump, too.”
