President Donald J. Trump questioned whether his senile predecessor even knew that he was granting sweeping last-minute preventive pardons to a gang of leftist malefactors as one of his last acts before leaving office.
One of those who received an unprecedented – and possibly unconstitutional – pardon was Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA), who Trump suggested “demanded” to be protected as a member of the corrupt J6 committee, who were all immunized from prosecution for their misdeeds.
In a Sunday Truth Social post which also refers to Democrat fundraising platform ActBlue, which some have accused of being a money laundering conduit, the president revisited the autopen signatures, which in a country with a functional media would be a major scandal.

“Hopefully ACTBLUE, the Democrats ILLEGAL SCAM used to raise money, including from not allowed ‘foreign contributions,’ is being looked at by authorities. The Dems only know how to win by CHEATING, something which they do better than any group or party in history. But now, with their terrible policies and candidates, and with people like Crooked Adam Schiff, who demanded a full Pardon from Sleepy Joe, leading the way, it is almost impossible to reach their money goals,” he wrote.
“The USA is wise to these scoundrels and crooks. Also, why did the Auto Pen give Schiff a Pardon? Biden knew nothing about it. Who operated the Auto Pen? That is the biggest question being asked in D.C. They almost destroyed our Country. They should all be in jail!!!” Trump asked, adding his opinion that shifty Schiff and the entire motley crew belong behind bars.
Acting like a guilty man, Schiff reacted to Trump’s red-hot post by counterattacking and boosting a series of highly dubious mainstream media polls, fueling the Democrat narrative that the American people are turning on the president, less than six months after his landslide election win.

“Donald Trump is back to attacking me today because the economy has been in a tailspin under his economic mismanagement. And so have his poll numbers. And the last thing he wants — is people holding him accountable,” Schiff wrote on X. “Attack me as you much as you like, Mr. President, I’m not backing down.”
Last month, the president voided the autopen pardons of the “Unselect Committee of Political Thugs,” opening the door for the potential prosecution of Schiff, Liz Cheney, and other members of the sham committee that tried and failed to disqualify him from ever again running for office.
“The ‘Pardons’ that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen. In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them!” Trump wrote in a mid-March Truth Social post.
Trump has also questioned whether executive orders signed by “Biden” via autopen are valid.
