Towering male HS student unrepentant after flattening female teacher, beating her while seemingly unconscious

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is facing fierce opposition from progressive Democrats in his efforts to remove political indoctrination from public schools, be it critical race theory or queer theory.

More and more, the classroom is becoming anything but a place of learning to better prepare children for life — a phenomenon that is not exclusive to Florida. Violence and bullying is common, and a growing number of parents are pulling their children from public schools for private schooling, charter schooling or homeschooling.

Graphic videos like the one making the rounds this week out of Flagler County, where a white teacher is brutally beaten by a 6’6” 270-pound black male student, is causing these parents to say ‘enough.’

In the clip below, the 17-year-old student can be seen chasing after the teacher — he was angry because she took his Nintendo Switch during class, according to First Coast News. The large student violently shoves the teacher to the ground, which appears to render her unconscious. But that was not enough for the student, who proceeds to brutally beat the woman as others, to include a U.S. Marine, tried to pull him off. At one point, he is seen kicking the unconscious teacher after being separated from her.

Far from repentant, the student told Flagler County deputies that he will “beat her up” anytime she tries to take his game, the news outlet reported.

Even more disturbing, according to the arrest report, the student issued a death threat.

After being arrested for felony aggravated battery with bodily harm, the student spit at the teacher and “made comments that when he comes back he was going to kill her.”

“The actions of this student are absolutely horrendous and completely uncalled for,” Sheriff Rick Staly said in a statement. “We hope the victim will be able to recover, both mentally and physically, from this incident. Thankfully, students and staff members came to the victim’s aid before the SRDs could arrive.”

The teacher was taken to a local hospital for treatment, though the extent of her injuries is not clear.
