Critics say that President Joe Biden’s latest judicial appointee, just-confirmed Massachusetts U.S. Attorney Rachael Rollins, is a street thug and bully.

Prior to being upgraded into the federal government, Rollins served as District Attorney of Suffolk County, Massachusetts. And as DA, she once allegedly threatened a random woman for trying “to merge her vehicle in front of the DA’s as both were trying to exit the mall parking lot,” as reported in January by local station WTXT.

“Our team spoke exclusively with Katie Lawson, the woman making the claim, and reviewed a citizen’s complaint she filed with the Boston police department. The complaint stems from an exchange she said she had with DA Rollins at the South Bay Mall parking lot on Christmas Eve,” the station reported.

“She pulled her car about three inches from my car and said, ‘Do you want me to write you a ticket? Because I’ll write you a ticket,’ put on the sirens, put on the strobe lights for like, probably a couple of seconds,” Lawson told the station.

“I 1,000% thought that she was a police officer because the only person I know that can write you a ticket is an actual police officer. So she implied, in my opinion, she implied that she was a police officer. I thought she was a police officer. That’s why I called the police department.”

She most certainly wasn’t a police officer. As proof of the incident, Lawson provided the station with a picture of Rollins’ license plate. With the license plate in hand, the station’s reporters then tried confronting Rollins. That’s when all hell broke loose. Thankfully, this time her behavior was caught on camera.

Watch:

“The video shows DA Rollins walking toward our crew and engaging with our producer. In it, DA Rollins can also be seen and heard threatening to call the police on our producer. She says: ‘I’ll call the police on you and make an allegation, and we’ll see how that works with you,'” according to the station.

“So as a black woman, in this moment in this country, you’re going to put my f–king house on screen?” Rollins says at one point.

“No, no, no, ma’am, we’re just here approaching you to ask you a question,” the reporter tries replying.

“Get away from my family. Speak to me at my job. If I get hurt or harmed because of this, you are on the record for that, or my kids are f–king killed. Who do you think you are? This is private property. Get out of here!” Rollins shrieks.

One might ask her the same question. According to Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, she’s a radical far-leftist who caters to criminals.

Speaking on the Senate floor Wednesday in a last-ditch effort to stop her confirmation, he pointed to “The Rachael Rollins Policy Memo” as proof.

Issued in 2019, the memo contains “a list of 15 crimes whose prosecution ‘should always be declined’ or ‘dismissed without conditions,'” he explained.

The crimes include trespassing, shoplifting, larceny, disorderly conduct, receiving stolen property, driving with a suspended license, breaking and entering with property damage, wanton and malicious destruction of property, threats, minor in possession of alcohol, marijuana possession, possession with intent to distribute and non-marijuana drug possession.

“So I want you to envision what this says. You can break in, enter into a vacant property and do damage. You can have a homeless person trespass on your front lawn, set up a tent, threaten your children, sell them drugs,” the senator said.

“God help you if you don’t want violent criminals robbing your store, God help you if you don’t want drunken homeless people setting up tents in your front yard. God help you if you don’t want drug dealers selling drugs to your children, because Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have said those are all okay.”

In the video recorded by WTXT, Rollins was also seen denigrating Lawson’s race and threatened to doxx the reporter

“So the rantings of a white woman get you here and scare my children? Get off our private property, and I swear to God, I’m dead serious. I will find your name,” she said.

Given her track record for protecting criminals, it seems unsurprising that she herself has the mindset of a ruthless street thug.

And indeed, according to many critics, a street thug is exactly what she is — a hypocritical one, to boot:
