Whoopi sets her glaring eyes on 17-year-old Kai Trump and it doesn’t go well

Whoopi Goldberg, the moderator of ABC’s The View, did not take well to former President Donald Trump’s 17-year-old granddaughter stealing the show Wednesday night at the Republican National Convention.

Wearing every bit of the 68 years she has walked the earth on her face — can a Botox session be far off? — Whoopi knows a potential game changer when she sees it, and she had the audacity to go hard at Kai Trump, a beautiful, intelligent young girl whose only fault is that she loves her grandfather.

The incident was set up by Joy Behar lamenting Biden’s likely fate, noting how key Democrats are now pushing the president to step aside over concerns about his mental acuity.

“It’s so depressing, the whole thing. You know, I think he’s going to drop out now. That’s my feeling,” Behar said, before adding, “So, I don’t know what’s going to happen, but I wouldn’t put it past them to just say, ‘Look, Joe, we can’t…'”

“Now, for me, I have a lot of faith in the American people,” Whoopi chimed in. “And I know his grandchild was up on the thing and they’re trying to humanize him and change your idea about who this guy is. Don’t fall for that!”

She concluded by glaring into the camera, the hatred in her heart impossible to miss.

Kai Trump had requested to speak at the RNC, according to her father, Donald Trump Jr., to “show a side of my grandpa that people don’t often see.” The request seemingly in response to Trump barely escaping death in a failed assassination attempt over the weekend.

“To me he’s just a normal grandpa. He gives us candy and soda when our parents aren’t looking. He always wants to know how we’re doing in school. When I made the high honor roll he printed it out to show his friends how proud he was of me,” she told the crowd.

The attempt on her grandfather’s life was fresh on Kai’s mind.

“On Saturday, I was shocked when I heard that he has been shot,” she said. “And I just wanted to know if he was OK. It was heartbreaking that someone would do that to another person. A lot of people have put my grandpa through hell, and he’s still standing.”

“The media makes my grandpa seem like a different person,” Kai added. “But I know him for who he is. He is very caring and loving. He truly wants the best for this country. And he will fight every single day to make America great again.”

Lost in the mix, of course, is that people like Whoopi Goldberg played a significant role in demonizing and dehumanizing Trump and his supporters, contributing to an atmosphere where some unbalanced person may be motivated to take a rifle and start killing people.

Social media users unloaded on Whoopi, seeing her for what she’s worth… here’s a quick sampling of responses to the story, as seen on X:
