As socialism gains ground with Gen Z, the left calls concern a scare tactic

The surge of Democratic Socialists and the subsequent targeting of “establishment Democrats” is an issue Republicans simply can’t ignore.

Blooming confidence in the far left is a disturbing peek into the direction they wish for the United States to take. As BizPac Review previously reported. California state Senator Scott Weiner was confronted by “trantifa” activists for supporting Israel, and was quickly removed from the Trans March he had come to support. He was even labeled a “center-right shill” for not passing the purity test.

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries was also targeted by puffed-up Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) election night attendees who chanted, “You’re next!” after their primary candidates emerged victorious. Even Sen. Raphael Warnock, D-Georgia, was forced to take a moderate stance in the face of such radical policies.

“You know, as I’ve said, we have robust and rambunctious arguments about the direction of the party, but the focus is on the concerns of ordinary people,” he said, reacting to the chants. “Look, I don’t believe in abolishing the police. You can’t have security without police. You don’t have a country without borders. But this debate will go on.”

He also mentioned that black Americans “are not a monolith. They will respond as they are hearing candidates center their concerns.”

“I think part of the problem with politics, quite frankly, in our country, is that we made the politics about the politicians. Which candidate is in, who’s out, who’s up, who’s down, what’s going to happen to this politician come November? I’m worried about what’s going to happen to ordinary people who can’t afford their lives right now,” he fretted.

Now, Axios has published an article mocking Republicans for bringing back the “red scare,” despite Democrats also shying away from such extreme policies.
