Barbra Streisand has found the real victim of the COVID saga: Anthony Fauci

Singer Barbra Streisand doesn’t like the way Dr. Anthony Fauci is being treated, calling him the “voice of reason” during COVID.

Taking to Bluesky to voice her frustrations, the actress dubbed Fauci an “American hero” and cited his work during the AIDS crisis.

“Dr. Anthony Fauci has been subjected to a disgraceful witch hunt by Senate Republicans. Dr Fauci is an American hero. He was instrumental during the AIDS crisis to stop disinformation and pushed to discover the vaccine to allow AIDS patients to live with the virus,” she wrote.

In a follow-up post, she accused the Republican Party of trying to “rewrite” history.

“Amid the horrors of the Covid pandemic which killed one million Americans, Dr Fauci was a voice of reason and helped speed the development of the vaccine to prevent hospitalization. The GOP is attempting to rewrite the history of the pandemic.”

This comes after the Senate voted to hold the former NIAID director in contempt. Fauci was subpoenaed to appear in front of lawmakers and testify, but decided to plead the Fifth despite having received a blanket pardon from former President Joe Biden. Critics argue that this is evidence the doctor is afraid of being held accountable for what happened under his watch during the COVID pandemic, while supporters of Fauci say this is all just a big distraction from the Epstein files.

But despite the pushback from the left, it doesn’t appear that the push to investigate Fauci will be concluding any time soon. As Breitbart reported last week, senators “have also obtained a forensic copy of a cell phone he used at the time, which will likely reveal more discrepancies between his public and private actions.” Meanwhile, Florida is taking action to probe “potential self-dealing during the pandemic,” which would not be covered by the former president’s pardon.

You can say that…but it’s not only Republicans that are incensed by Fauci’s deception to our Country. He has contradicted statements he made years ago about no vaccines (if you’ve already had the flu). He said a vaccine would prevent COVID. Then he said masks would help. Nope..

Fauci’s “personal dairy” that he foolishly wrote and stored on government computers making it public record has bee released to the public. I dare anyone to read it in context to his public testimony. Fauci wasn’t an American hero.
