Conservative influencer Benny Johnson appears to be gearing up to take legal action to protect his family from defamation.
Without mentioning specifics or naming individuals, Johnson took to X on Sunday to suggest that it is his “duty” to pursue legal action against those in charge of feeding the rumor mill.
Look:
I am duty bound to take action to protect my family against those who maliciously defame and attack us. More to come on that soon.
Pray for healing for some really sick and delusional people. Jesus is about redemption. The legal system is about justice.
Happy Sunday.

“I am duty bound to take action to protect my family against those who maliciously defame and attack us. More to come on that soon. Pray for healing for some really sick and delusional people. Jesus is about redemption. The legal system is about justice. Happy Sunday,” he wrote, likely remaining vague for legal reasons.
It is more than likely he is talking about Milo Yiannopoulos, who recently joined Tim Pool’s podcast with explosive claims of right-wing “homosexual overtones” where he specifically called out Johnson.
Watch:
Holy sh*t!
Milo just went scorched earth on Timcast IRL talking about the right-wing closeted Gay epidemic.
– Some of the names were: Alex Jones, Charlie Kirk and Benny Johnson.

“Benny Johnson posts pictures of his children every two days; it’s weird. And everybody knows what went on with Benny Johnson in those lobbies and in those hotel rooms at SAS,” Yiannopoulos said, referring to TPUSA’s Student Action Summit. “Everybody knows.”
“Men, younger men. Not underage, at least I don’t know that. His wife was crying drunk in the lobby, three SASs in a row, about how her husband was upstairs with boys!” he continued.
But Johnson’s wife, affectionately referred to as ‘Nurse Kate,’ echoed her husband’s sentiments in an X post where she said Yiannopolous “needs prayer” and “a good attorney.”

He needs prayer. And a good attorney.

When he responded to Kate Johnson’s X post by saying that there is “nothing on Earth I pray for more than going through discovery with your husband,” she pointed out that he should be “equally as excited to go through discovery with me.”
You should be equally as excited to go through discovery with me. Since you never bothered to ask.
