BLM founder unwisely messed with Candace Owens. BIG mistake!

Political commentator, journalist and talk show host Candace Owens released video footage Friday debunking a claim from Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors that she, Owens, had harassed her outside her home last weekend.

Cullors made the claim in an Instagram video post uploaded on Saturday, May 7th. In the video, she tearfully recalled how Owens had just appeared outside her lavish $6 million mansion in Los Angeles and allegedly harassed her.

Owens responded at the time by uploading her own Instagram post claiming that she’d simply “politely asked if there was anyone available I could speak to.”

“And it’s a good thing we had cameras rolling so you can see the truth vs. her HILARIOUS lie,” she added.

Six days later on Friday, May 13th, Owens released video footage from the encounter, and the footage was damning.

Watch:

Shared on social media, the footage consists of two separate video feeds laid out on the screen side by side.

The left feed shows Cullors’ tearful Instagram post. The right side meanwhile shows the actual alleged “harassment.”

The footage begins with the left feed playing and Cullors being seen complaining that Owens had been “demanding” she come outside.

“This morning I woke up to Candace Owens being outside of my house with a news crew. She was demanding that I come outside,” she says.

The footage then switches to the right feed, where Owens can be seen politely saying to a security guard, “Hello. I was just looking to speak to whoever was at this property, because it’s listed as the Black Lives Matter property.”

The footage then returns to the left feed.

“The fact that she came outside my house and demanded then harassed me is unacceptable,” Cullors says.

The right feed then plays and Owens can be heard saying, “We’re not trying to harass you. We’ll gladly leave. We’re just wondering if we can speak to anybody.”

The left feed then plays one final time and Cullors can be seen whining, “Ya’ll, I really need my family to be safe. I need to be safe. I need my child to be safe. And what happened this morning is not safety.”

The footage concludes with Owens being seen saying, “Thank you, sir. Have a great day.”

Not only does the footage clearly debunk Cullors’ claim of being harassed, but it also seems to show how out of touch she’s become as one of BLM’s uber-wealthy leaders.

Recall that during the violent BLM riots of 2020, mobs of BLM extremists frequently showed up outside people’s homes — sometimes in the dead of the night — to genuinely harass and intimidate them:

Apparently, it’s OK for rioters to show up outside random peoples’ homes in the dead of night to harass, intimidate and vandalize, but it’s not OK for a journalist to show up at the mansion of an uber-wealthy cult leader to politely ask questions.

These days BLM is now a shell of its former self, in large part due to investigative reporting showing that, of the millions that the group collected amid the 2020 riots, a large chunk was wasted on frivolous purchases.

The latest report came in April when New York magazine ran a report about one of BLM’s most frivolous purchases, Cullors’ home. The report noted that the home measures 6,500 square feet and contains more than half a dozen bedrooms and restrooms, in addition to multiple fireplaces, a pool, and parking for more than 20 cars.

The report further revealed that the home was purchased in October of 2020 using funds that had been donated to the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation. It represented just one of a handful of lavish mansions that Cullors has bought since rising to fame as the leader of BLM.

The purchases were so outrageous that lower-level members of BLM themselves began demanding an investigation:

Cullors has pleaded innocent the whole time, claiming that she’s the real victim. As is clear from the latest debacle involving her, she continues to maintain this dubious refrain …
