Highlighting “hypocrisy at its worst,” a former Trump adviser teamed up with a foreign national to prove there ARE some borders that Vice President Kamala Harris and Democrats care about.
“You’re allowed in America, but you’re not allowed in her party.”
Halfway through the Democratic National Convention, the gurus of gaslighting had shown there remained no reality they were unwilling to reject and substitute with their own. From claiming unity while having Harris flee the appearance of the Obamas, to selling a reduction in crime while warning attendees to book hotels under assumed names for safety, Steve Cortes did his part to unburden the “border czar” from what had been by trying to bring a Venezuelan national into the DNC.
“The DNC is more secure than America’s border,” the onetime senior adviser for President Donald Trump captioned a video documenting his experience with his “new acquaintance, Edwin.”
“When a Venezuelan migrant tried to get into the DNC, he was denied due to lack of ID, failure to submit an application, and no credentials. Why is Kamala enforcing the rules at her convention but not at our border?” asked Cortes.

“The Democrats of course want open borders. They want an endless stream of illegal migrants pouring into the United States,” he began the video before showing an encounter with a large group of security stationed at a gate erected at the perimeter of the venue. “Wait, you mean he needs credentials and permission to come in; to get past the wall? It’s like a border wall in a way?”
Learning that credentials were required didn’t deter Cortes and Edwin as they proceeded to the DNC credentialing office where an exchange with a self-described volunteer resulted in their getting the boot at the same event that had seen the likes of Matt Walsh, James O’Keefe and even Mike Lindell gain access “undercover.”
“Just to be clear, we have been ejected from the DNC credentialing office because we’re not permitted to be here,” he said. “It seems like the United States would use similar rules about crossing the U.S. border. DNC doesn’t believe in that, but they do believe in it for their own convention.”
A final attempt saw a man in a yellow safety vest state, “I don’t think the Secret Service is gonna go for it,” after Cortes pointed out Edwin’s lack of ID shouldn’t be a problem for getting into the convention since it was evidently acceptable for entry to the country.
“He cannot enter unless he has credentials,” a woman wearing, of all things, a vest identifying her as affiliated with Homeland Security Investigations informed the duo as they were turned away.
“Well, Edwin, Kamala Harris has an open border. You’re allowed in America, but you’re not allowed in her party,” the political commentator asserted.
The video shared Wednesday morning followed a confrontation between Fox News host Lawrence Jones and Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg Tuesday where the cabinet official was called out over Democrats’ disconnect with the real world.
While the former mayor peddled his interpretation of crime statistics, Jones countered, “With respect to you, Mr. Secretary, the people that are being killed in places all over the country, they look like me, they don’t look like you. And they’re upset with the Democratic Party not taking it seriously.”
“You guys sent the cavalry in for you guys, for your protection, but the people of Chicago don’t see that on a day-to-day basis. What are you guys gonna do to stop the bloodshed in our community?” he asked before Buttigieg tried to spin with feelings.
Coupling the two problems, Fox News national correspondent Bill Melugin served up a recap of a slew of arrests this “past week alone” where illegal aliens who’d been allowed into the United States under Harris’ watch had been charged with an array of heinous crimes that included alleged sexual assaults of women and children.
Reacting to Cortes’ video, Elon Musk affirmed, “Does seem hypocritical,” as the creator responded, “Security for Democrat elites but no security for every other American. Hypocrisy at its worst. A nation without borders cannot survive.”
