President Joe Biden joined the “Summit of the Americas” and was expected to give remarks, but not even the teleprompter could save him from himself.
While talking about investing in foreign countries, he appeared to lose his place. Twice.

At a separate event with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Biden can be seen just staring ahead as his staffers do their best to herd all media out of the room.
