Fox gives a peek at Gutfeld’s ‘What did I Miss?’ reality show and it’s pretty brilliant

Fox News host Greg Gutfeld is having fun with contestants of Fox Nation’s “What did I miss?” reality show.

Four contestants, Allegra, Mark, Mike, and Sunny Jo, were isolated in a WiFi-free house in upstate New York from January 20th (President Donald Trump’s second inauguration) to April 13, 2025, with no access to phones, Internet, television, or social media. The show, hosted by Gutfeld, challenges contestants to distinguish real news headlines from fake ones, focusing on events during their isolation, particularly Trump’s first 90 days in office.

The clip of the show that was released on Fox Nation on May 13th and 14th can be viewed here.

President Trump’s post about buying a Tesla amid the rampant violence against the vehicles and dealerships was a focus for the two contestants.

“I’m going to buy a brand new Tesla tomorrow,” Trump tweeted, in a show of “support and confidence” for his friend Elon Musk. “Why should he be punished?” Trump asked in the tweet posed by Gutfeld.

When pressed on whether Trump’s post was a “trick or tweet,” contestants Allegra and Mike went along with co-host Kat Timpf’s urging that it was “obviously” a “trick.”

“Do you think Trump’s driving himself anywhere?” Timpf said.

“Don’t let me down, girlfriend,” Allegra said before both she and Mike concluded that it had to be a “trick.”

That’s when the buzzer struck, informing them that they had been tricked.

Gutfeld informed them of the widespread campaign targeting the once-beloved electric vehicles over Musk’s involvement in D.O.G.E., which identifies and seeks to eliminate wasteful spending in the government.

It truly is hard to believe.

Trump followed through on his word and posted a video of his purchase on X:
