‘Friends’ star Matthew Perry’s death prompts online links to Covid jab: ‘Could I BE Any More Vaccinated?’

The sudden death of Matthew Perry sparked “safe and effective” rumors online as many contended their theory is “Not a conspiracy when it is TRUTH.”

Since the rollout of the experimental mRNA shots marketed as vaccines that ultimately neither stopped transmission nor the symptoms of COVID-19, concerted efforts to discount the wide array of adverse reactions only stood to further fuel speculation that “mysterious” deaths could be attributed to the jab.

Saturday, reports of the 54-year-old “Friends” actor’s death lacking a readily stated cause were not only met with touching tributes to the comedic performer but also concern from those pointing to the ongoing denials to consider the possibility that countless millions could be at risk of serious health consequences.

Among them was the GOP chair of Georgia’s 1st congressional district, Kandiss Taylor, who posted a screengrab of a May 2021 tweet from Perry that included an image of him promoting a shirt that read “Could I BE Any More Vaccinated?” while encouraging followers to get the shot.

“Not a conspiracy when it is TRUTH. Correlation doesn’t lie,” asserted Taylor. “That’s what ALL research does to find significance. Stop being offended and get on your knees and pray for healing! Find Jesus. He paid for ALL sickness. Healing is in Him.”

According to the Los Angeles Times, Perry was “discovered unresponsive” when first responders arrived at the scene where no drugs were readily discovered and “no foul play [was] suspected.”

Police had also told multiple outlets that it was initially believed they were responding to a possible “water rescue” as the actor was said to have been discovered in his hot tub at his Los Angeles home.

While the official cause of death remained unannounced, it was worth noting that the entertainer, who was said to have spent two-hours playing pickleball on Saturday, had disclosed a near fatal health scare at the age of 49.

While promoting the release of his memoir, “Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing,” People magazine had reported on Perry, “Publicly acknowledging at the time that he suffered from a gastrointestinal perforation, the actor had actually spent weeks fighting for his life after his colon burst from opioid overuse. He spent two weeks in a coma and five months in the hospital and had to use a colostomy bag for nine months.”

“…the doctors told my family that I had a 2 percent chance to live,” he had told the magazine. “I was put on a thing called an ECMO machine, which does all the breathing for your heart and your lungs. And that’s called a Hail Mary. No one survives that.”

Speaking with the Daily Mail, a person described as a “longtime friend” who had been in recovery with the actor said, “It’s no secret that he struggled with drugs and alcohol for years but the last time I spoke to him, which was within the last few weeks, he seemed to be in a good place.”

“He was upbeat and sounded sober and positive,” the individual added and detailed, “He’d been to rehab 17 times and nearly died from opioid abuse but he was someone who was sincere about taking his life, and his sobriety, one day at a time.”

Perry’s past health problems and the possibility that he had suffered from a cardiac arrest did not deter from speculation that the jab may have been a contributing factor in his untimely death.

As many noted similar suggestions to Taylor’s, conservative commentator Robby Starbuck added of the shot, “…it’s fair to ask that it be investigated as a potential cause of any cardiac issues. Regardless of the cause, it’s a tragedy.”

Starbuck followed that post by remarking, “I want to be very clear since a small contingent are upset with this post. It’s a very sad situation. Causing upset is not the intent. If the medical community was doing their job by fully investigating how the COVID vaccines may have played a role in some prominent cardiac deaths, people wouldn’t feel the need to advocate for this to be investigated.”

“Shutting down all questions and concern only sends people toward latching on to rumors as fact,” he continued before presenting a litany of possible causes for the death and later reiterated, “…he died way too young and it’s a tragedy. He brought joy to so many. I hope his tragic passing is fully investigated and maybe can prevent other deaths depending on the circumstances of it (regardless of whether the vaccine played a role or not).”

Others were less measured in their reactions.
