GOP lawmakers, veterans raise Old Glory to its rightful place at Union Station after lunatics tore it down

Pro-Hamas protesters may have burned American flags and replaced them with Palestinian flags, but their little stunt didn’t last long.

Rep. Dan Crenshaw posted videos and a photo to X showing American flags being raised to return Old Glory to its rightful position after Union Station in Washington D.C. was vandalized by demonstrators who left behind “Hamas is coming” and other graffiti.

“We raised the flags back up,” Crenshaw wrote. “Earlier today, terrorist sympathizers tore down the American flags at Union Station, burned them, and raised the Palestinian flag in its place. After votes tonight, a group of members, including many veterans and the Speaker of the House, took our flag back and raised it. Took a while to get it done because the Hamas supporters broke the connections, but DC police helped us out and got us zip ties.”

Cheers and applause can be heard as the flags are run up the poles.

BizPac Review previously reported on the “absolute chaos” that occurred and groups of protesters did everything they could to destroy or deface anything they didn’t like.

The rioters also tried to replace another American flag with the Palestinian flag, and they burned an effigy of Netanyahu.

“Pro-Hamas agitators were seen tagging a Christopher Columbus statue in Union Square with ‘Hamas is coming’ and burning an effigy of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as well as an American flag,” Fox News reported.

When a patriot tried to save the flag seen in the above photos, the mob of unhinged pro-Hamas lunatics chased him while screaming, “GET HIM!”

Besides messing with the American flag, the rioters also vandalized the Christopher Columbus Memorial Foundation and Bell.

X users reacted to the flags being replaced, with many wanting to know what comes next:
