Political strategist James Carville may have suggested that its time to give the hook to President Joe Biden and that Democrats had better “wake the f**k up” about the geriatric leader’s age, but Fox News host Greg Gutfeld isn’t letting him off the hook for his history of insulting Trump voters.
On Wednesday’s edition of “The Five,” the gang discussed the 78-year-old’s acknowledgment of reality and Gutfeld unveiled a new nickname for Carville whom he tabbed as “pumpkin head” while reminding his fellow panelists of epithets spewed by the “Ragin’ Cajun” about Americans who support the former president whom he sees as “braindead deplorables.”

Carville discussed the state of his party and the 2024 election with Bill Maher on the latest edition of the comic’s “Club Random” podcast and in addition to sounding the alarm that Biden could lose the election, he also slammed the “woke” white cultural elitists that have made the party toxic to millions of Americans, but Gutfeld wasn’t impressed.
“I’m not up to embracing pumpkin head just yet,” the Fox News funnyman said. “Carville’s like a parent who doesn’t say anything about his rotten brat until it affects him and crashes his Mercedes.”
“This problem has been here for years. It’s done untold damage. It’s caused a lot of death. And now he calls B.S. on it. Thanks, but you’re showing up at last call,” he added. “Let’s not forget what else he’s said.”
“He said that people who go to Trump rallies are pretty much braindead deplorables,” Gutfeld said. “If he could call them retarded he would have. So his criticisms actually hit everyone and it doesn’t come from a place of common sense or common people. It comes from an elitist perch. He’s not a man of the people. He’s a man protecting a system that paid him well. On the whole, he would prefer to jail a Trump supporter who stole a podium over an Antifa creep who burns a business. So there you go.”

Carville, the mastermind behind the 1992 election of Democrat President Bill Clinton, has repeatedly trash-talked Trump supporters including Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) whom he called “white trash” and described the GOP as the party of “white trashdom” in another one of his nasty rants earlier this year on MSNBC.
“I find the left to be just annoying,” Carville said during his appearance with Maher. “The western far left is habitually the most stupid, naive people you can imagine. They come up with these really goofy constructs and it’s all about feeling good about yourself.”
“What happened is, overeducated, coastal white people, got ahold of the word,” referring to the term “woke” which he suggested was hijacked, “and [like] they do with everything else, they completely f—ked it up and pissed everybody in the country off,” he said bluntly. “If we could just get the humanities faculty at Amherst to shut the f**k up, we’d be a lot better off.”
