Moderate House Dems reportedly preparing for ‘for war’ over socialist surge

Marxist-driven Democrats swept New York City’s Tuesday elections, prompting Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) to declare a democratic socialist mandate in the Big Apple.

Communists are feeling their oats over the wins, which are seen as shots over the bow of Democratic leadership. House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer are both from New York, and socialist voters were seen shouting “you’re next” at a television screen showing Jeffries on Tuesday night.

At the same time, so-called “centrist” House Democrats are reportedly preparing “for war” if the NYC congressional candidates win in November, which is highly likely.

A group of 13 moderate Democratic House members and candidates launched the “Promise to America” initiative and are pledging their support for core capitalist principles, strong border security, and traditional patriotism.

One of the organizers of the moderate group, U.S. Rep. Suozzi (D-NY), spoke with Fox & Friends about Tuesday’s election wins.

“You know, there are certain things that I believe in that are not being reflected in the current environment, especially with some of these races on Tuesday,” Suozzi said. “As we said in our pledge… we’re for capitalism, not socialism. We’re for safety, not lawlessness. We’re proud of America, not ashamed of America — and we need to be promoting those things.”

As for these alleged moderate Democrats, social media users suggest they are a little late with their sudden stand on principles, essentially trying to close the barn door after the horse has gotten out.

Here’s a quick sampling of responses to the story, as seen on X:
