So awkward: Trump introduces Pfizer CEO at intimate White House event and LOUD boos fill the room

Pfizer CEO Dr. Albert Bourla was loudly booed during a White House Black History Month event.

An introduction by President Donald Trump resulted in a less-than-enthusiastic welcome for Bourla as jeers erupted from some sections of the audience.

Watch:

“We also have with us the head of Pfizer … so I want to thank one of the great people…,” Trump can be heard saying amidst the booing.

“One of the great businessmen,” Trump continued. “Thank you, Albert, thank you.”

Bourla was at the White House with other pharmaceutical executives for discussions with the Trump administration’s new Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. The group was scheduled to meet and discuss former President Joe Biden’s drug pricing policies.
