The U.S. Department of State took time out from such trivial matters as war and rescuing American hostages held by Hamas to remind people of a very special occasion that had some people asking serious questions about the priorities at Foggy Bottom.
On Thursday, the department took to social media with a reminder that it was time to recognize “Intersex Awareness Day,” adding another letter to the ever-expanding acronym to be inclusive to all variations of a small but disproportionately influential demographic that is critical to the Democratic Party’s hold on political power.
“Today in celebration and recognition of Intersex Awareness Day, we affirm the United States’ commitment to promoting and protecting the human rights of intersex persons globally,” State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller said in a statement.

“As President Biden stated in his 2021 Memorandum on Advancing the Human Rights of LGBTQI+ Persons Around the World, it is the policy of the United States to pursue an end to violence and discrimination on the bases of sexual orientation, gender identity or expression and sex characteristics,” according to the statement.
The statement, coming at a time of heightened international disorder and while the lives of Americans are in the hands of terrorists, was blasted by users on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter.
“Team Biden far more focused on gender politics than advancing America’s security,” wrote Republican Senator Tom Cotton of Arkansas, calling out the misplaced priorities of the Biden regime.

“Would it be too much to ask for our government to go back to focusing on killing terrorists and freeing American hostages?” Asked Steve Guest, a former spokesperson for Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX).

“Americans are being held hostage by Hamas terrorists,” Guest added in another post. “Meanwhile, the Biden State Department is devoting the time and resources to mark Intersex Awareness Day.”

Do we know the gender preference for the hostages?

The priorities of this regime are crystal clear.

I was at State for 34 years. I am so glad I am not there now. Total degeneration.

The person who wrote this memo is another useless bureaucrat in a bloated government. He clearly doesn’t have enough real issues to keep himself busy. In the real world, he would be fired. In government, he’ll probably get a promotion.

Literally on the verge of WWIII, but the Biden State Department is focused on “Intersex Awareness Day.”https://t.co/atKVOWEx4t pic.twitter.com/jAn2fQbjq3

According to Merriam-Webster online, intersexuality is defined as, “the condition (such as that occurring in congenital adrenal hyperplasia or androgen insensitivity syndrome) of either having both male and female gonadal tissue in one individual or of having the gonads of one sex and external genitalia that is of the other sex or is ambiguous.”
“Intersex persons often face stigma and discrimination in accessing education, healthcare, and legal recognition, and are subjected to medically unnecessary surgeries. These harmful practices, which can cause lifelong negative physical and emotional consequences, are a medical form of so-called conversion therapy practices in that they seek to physically ‘convert’ Intersex children into non-Intersex children,” the State Department’s statement read, another example of the LGBTQ+ movement’s creepy obsession with kids.
“We applaud all activists, organizations and governments working to raise visibility and protect Intersex persons’ rights to bodily integrity and to ensure equal protection and recognition before the law,” the State Department said.
The promotion of modern Western liberal “values” at the expense of more serious matters has been consistent with the Biden State Department.

The U.S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan proudly flew the multicolored “Pride” flag to mark the very special month in June of 2021. Two months later, the terrorist Taliban was flying THEIR flag over the building after taking over the country while the Biden administration geniuses were busy implementing their “woke” agenda.
