The White House is using humor to explain why the federal government remains shut down after two weeks.
As both sides of the aisle rush to blame each other for the prolonged shutdown, the official White House X account decided to use a Parks & Rec clip to illustrate the Democrats’ role in the whole thing.

While Democrats are trying desperately to ram through healthcare for illegal immigrants, President Donald Trump is working to disarm Hamas and ensure peace in Gaza. For those keeping score, this is something the left has been championing since the October 7 attack on Israel, though they seem to have precious little to say about the president’s successes in the region.
As BizPac Review previously reported, Trump has made it clear that if Hamas won’t voluntarily disarm, they will be disarmed by force.
“We have told them we want them to disarm, and they will disarm, and if they don’t disarm, we will disarm them,” the president stated. “And it’ll happen quickly and, perhaps, violently. But they will disarm, do you understand me? Because you always- everyone says ‘Oh, well they won’t disarm.’ They will disarm.
