A woman who’s been accused of stealing another flight passenger’s charger now says that it’s all a big misunderstanding.
Video footage posted to TikTok by the alleged victim about a week ago showed the victim, a man who goes by RCRelated1 on TikTok, confronting the woman about taking his charger as they were reboarding their flight.
Evidently, the flight had been delayed, so the crew had urged passengers to deplane and get some food. That’s when the alleged theft occurred.
Watch the confrontation below:
This man child is a big baby. She took the charger because nobody else was on the plane and he didn’t go back for it. He should be thanking her for being so thoughtful instead of freaking out at everyone over something that costs $20. pic.twitter.com/12aAszVrkd

“Yeah, I have it,” the woman replied in the TikTok video, prompting the alleged victim to start lecturing her about theft.
But the woman pushed back by claiming “nobody was on the flight” when she took it and suggested that she’d picked up the charger specifically to give it back to its owner.
“Chill the f–k out,” she pleaded with the victim.
The victim wasn’t convinced.
“Don’t take things without asking!” he yelled at her.
“I’m going to give it back,” she replied.
Another passenger then tried to intervene, telling the alleged victim that he was “being ridiculous” and that the woman “was gonna give it back.”
“No, you’re being ridiculous,” he angrily snapped back. “She stole something without asking.”
Once the woman reached her seat, she removed the charger from her backpack and returned it to the alleged victim.
“Is it stealing if you give it back?” she sarcastically asked as she handed the charger back.
“Yes, it’s stealing!” the angry man shouted man. “You’re only giving it back because I caught you! Everyone else saw you, that’s why!”
Ever since he posted the video to TikTok, a debate has emerged, with some siding with the woman, and others siding with him.
Now fast-forward to Wednesday, when the woman, identified as Vanessa, published a TikTok video of her own telling her side of the story.

“I wasn’t going to make a video responding to this at all because it was over a year ago and I didn’t want to give it more attention than it’s already gotten,” she began in the clip. “This has really been blown so out of proportion. I am being bombarded with harassment, flooded with death threats.”
“So for context, this charger was found on the ground on an emptying flight where we were told to remove all possessions because we didn’t know if we’d be getting back onto the same plane because there were technical issues. I was coming from the back row, so when I picked it up off the ground, I showed that I had it, no stealthy behavior, and then on my way out I told the stewardess, but she wouldn’t take it because they cannot be liable for passenger possessions,” she added.
However, a major discrepancy has emerged. In a follow-up TikTok published Tuesday, the man, RCRelated1, claimed that after the passengers deplaned to get some food, another passenger told him they’d seen Vanessa pull the charger out of an outlet, not pick it up from the ground.
“Keep that in mind, it was plugged in, and she unplugged it,” he claimed.
He added that the flight attendants offered to “call the authorities” to have Vanessa “removed from the flight and arrested for stealing,” but that he turned down their offer because that would have meant a longer delay.
So who’s in the right and who’s in the wrong? It depends entirely on whom you ask.
Some say Vanessa’s critics are “incels” who hate women, while others say Vanessa herself is an “entitled leftist” who purposefully stole the charger and then tried to make excuses for herself afterward.
Democrat voter, guaranteed.

Sorry, this guy is an asshat. Biggest, unnecessary overreaction.

Don’t believe it.
She would have said as much in the original confrontation instead of acting all guilty.
Now that she’s had time to concoct a plausible story many will choose to believe her, but not me.
