Biden admin resumes dead-of-night migrant flights – a big middle finger to hard-working New Yorkers

The Biden administration has once again been caught flying illegal aliens into the New York City metropolitan area in the dead of night, according to the New York Post.

“The Post watched as a group of migrant teens got off an Avelo Airlines plane that arrived at the Westchester County Airport near White Plains at 9:25 p.m. Thursday. The group then boarded three waiting buses that drove off about 50 minutes later,” the New York-based outlet reported Friday.

“One bus traveled to the Walt Whitman Service Area in Cherry Hill, NJ, just across the Delaware River from Philadelphia. After the bus pulled up at around 12:45 a.m. Friday, several teens disembarked, retrieved their bags from the luggage compartment and left with adults who were waiting there to meet them,” the report continued.

The Avelo Airlines plane reportedly came from Texas, where the Biden administration is scooping up illegal aliens and then moving them through the El Paso International Airport en route to localities across the country.

Local officials in the NYC area aren’t pleased to discover that these flights — first documented by the Post late last year — have resumed.

“The resumption of flights is a big middle finger to hard-working New York taxpayers. It’s frustrating. It’s outrageous,” former Westchester County Executive and current New York gubernatorial candidate Rob Astorino, a Republican, told the Post.

It doesn’t help, he added, that thanks to current Democrat New York Gov. Kathy Hochul, illegal aliens 65 and older may now apply for state-funded Medicaid benefits.

After the Post reported about the flights to Westchester County Airport late last year, the administration reportedly suspended the flights.

However, according to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement source, the “flights never stopped” to other cities across the country.

The Post’s reporting comes three months after Astorino went viral for publishing undercover video footage of a purported government contractor talking about illegals being secretly shipped by plane from the southern U.S. border into Westchester County Airport.

“We don’t tell them where we’re going. Like I said, a lot of this is just down-low stuff that we don’t tell people, because what we don’t want to do is attract attention. We don’t want the media,” the alleged contractor said in the video.

“Like, we don’t even know where we’re going when they tell us. I get the whole secrecy and all this sh-t, but this is even above my [profanity] pay grade. Like the [profanity], you know what I mean?”

The cameramen, who appeared to be an investigator under cover, then asked “why” exactly there’s so much secrecy.

“You know why, because look who’s in office. That’s why!” the contractor replied before throwing in an ironic “c’mon!”

“But what’s the big secret?” the cameramen presses.

“Because if it gets out, the government is betraying the American people,” the contractor replied before the video suddenly cut out.

Astorino reportedly obtained the footage, which was apparently from last year, via a Freedom of Information Act request. It’s not clear with whom he’d filed the request.

During an appearance on Fox News’ “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” he noted that the video evidence he’d uncovered, in addition to all the video evidence regularly shared by Fox News journalist Bill Melugin, proved that the Biden administration was lying to the American people.

“Our government is completely out of control right now. They have lied to us. They’ve lied to the American people. I saw what Bill did last night down on the southern border where men are just getting into cabs and being put into communities,” he said.

Listen:

“They’re waving them in, they’re putting them on planes, sending them to airports closed at night like Westchester, putting them on buses. And I saw with my own eyes — after they denied it, by the way — that they were put onto a bus to a Costco and then released into cars into the community,” Astorino continued on Fox News.

“Now, they keep saying ‘it’s just unaccompanied kids.’ Completely a lie. And that these kids were not going to go into our own area. Completely a lie. [They’re being put] into schools in Westchester, Long Island, the surrounding suburbs. It’s a complete breakdown of our system. It is a betrayal, as that gentleman said. A betrayal to the American people,” he added.

A betrayal that apparently continues to this day. The only difference is that Republican governors have begun fighting back by scooping up illegal aliens themselves and shipping them off to Washington, D.C., or, in the case of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, shipping them to President Joe Biden’s home state.

The goal is to give Democrats both in Congress and in the White House a taste of the unsavory medicine that they’ve been forcing upon everybody else …
