Beloved comedian Bob Saget, who starred in the popular sitcom “Full House,” was found “unresponsive” in his hotel room in Orlando, Florida, on Sunday.

Saget, 65, was doing a nationwide standup tour that had started in September, and had just finished a show near Jacksonville. when he was found. The Orange County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that Saget was pronounced deceased on the scene at the Ritz-Carlton in Orlando, noting that there was “no signs of foul play or drug use.”

No cause of death was immediately available, with the Orange County Medical Examiner’s Office expected to make a determination in the coming days.

The actor played Danny Tanner on “Full House,” a widowed father of three young daughters who has his brother-in-law and best friend — played by John Stamos and Dave Coulier — move in with them to help raise the children. They all reprised their roles for Netflix’s reboot of the franchise, “Fuller House,” which ended in 2020 after a four year run.

Saget’s “devastated” family released a statement following the actor’s passing.

“We are devastated to confirm that our beloved Bob passed away today,” the Saget family said in the statement. “He was everything to us and we want you to know how much he loved his fans, performing live and bringing people from all walks of life together with laughter.”

“Though we ask for privacy at this time, we invite you to join us in remembering the love and laughter that Bob brought to the world.”

The comedian left what now proves to be a somewhat heartbreaking message on Instagram early Sunday morning after completing a show near Jacksonville — a positive message about feeling young and “finding my new voice.”

“Okay, I loved tonight’s show @pontevedra_concerthall in Jacksonville. Really nice audience. Lots of positivity,” Saget wrote. “Happened last night in Orlando last night at the Hard Rock Live too. Very appreciative and fun audiences. Thanks again to @comediantimwilkins for opening. I had no idea I did a two hour set tonight. I’m back in comedy like I was when I was 26. I guess I’m finding my new voice and loving every moment of it. A’ight, see you in two weeks Jan. 28 & 29 @pbimprov with my brother @therealmikeyoung – And check BobSaget.com for my dates in 2022 – – Goin’ everywhere until I get the special shot.
