Chelsea Clinton gets drubbed by Community Notes over tweet decrying book bans

In what can only be seen as a show of fealty to the LGBTQ+ community, Chelsea Clinton thought it would be a good idea to take to Twitter in furtherance of the media-orchestrated hit job on Republicans for “banning books.”

“Over 50% of the attempted book bans last year involved books with LGBTQ+ characters & themes. Books are a vital way that children, adolescents and adults learn about themselves and our world. Bans such as these are nothing but harmful,” Clinton tweeted late last week.

Her tweet linked to an NBC News article titled, “Over half of 2022’s most challenged books have LGBTQ themes.” The article features a photo of the popular pro-LGBTQ+ book “Gender Queer,” yet it makes no mention of pornography or sexually explicit content included therein.

Community Notes, a Twitter feature that adds context to misleading or incomplete posts, could not let Clinton’s queer theory propaganda go unchallenged.

“Chelsea Clinton getting fact checked by Twitter because she’s pushing porn for children. Twitter has come a long way since Elon bought it. Bravo,” observed the popular Twitter account “Catturd.”

The “fact check” stated: “‘Gender Queer’, the book shown in the photo, features sexually explicit material. This book contains visual depictions of oral sex, masturbation and adult sexual contact with a minor.”

An example of the content, which the media goes out of its way to ignore while attacking Republicans for wanting to “ban” books, was shared by Babylon Bee’s Seth Dillon, who said in another tweet that Clinton has “come out in favor of porn for kids.”

**Caution: Sexually explicit content**

Equally popular Libs of TikTok, owned by Chaya Raichik, also weighed in, sharing additional examples of the smut many schools are providing to young children.

“Periodic reminder that when they accuse us of ‘banning books’ they’re referring to graphic books containing pornographic content which are offered to kids in schools across the country,” she tweeted, before adding: “Why does Chelsea Clinton want your kids to read porn like this in school?”

All in all, the story is just the latest reminder that in many areas, parents would be well served to home-school their children, if possible.

Here’s a quick sampling of responses to the story from Twitter:
